I was book for the days of hurricane Helen. Due to the storm my flight was canceled and event was changed . They refuse to rebook me stated that no rooms were available for the days my event was rebooked for and to provide proof of my flight and event being canceled so that I could get a refund. I provided that proof with Expedia and also emailed it to the hotel. The hotel still refuse to give me a refund. I lost all my money due to the hurricane that I couldn’t control. Bad business so I will never book with them or Expedia again and I have been with Expedia for over a decade. Very disappointed!

It was by far the most beautiful place we stayed on our trip. The staff was amazing, and I mean all the staff. They went above and beyond anything we could've asked for. Amazing hotel, very clean and well-maintained. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and my room had a great view of port of Miami from my balcony. Will definitely be staying here again.
