Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The staff was the most friendly I’ve ever met, specially Mijail, who took us everywhere we needed during the trip since the place is quite big. Food was incredible, the café/marketplace has really good stuff in case you want something fast and go somewhere else, and if you wanna stay to dine in, I would recommend the Champions’ Bar & Grill; Carlos served us and everything was on point. Everything was very clean and beautiful plus the Blue Monster golf part is unbelievably nice. In our second night we tried the shower and wasn’t working properly with the water temperature but all the staff ran to help us and changed our room as soon as possible, these people work amazing and are super attentive with the guests, if you want the best treatment, this is the place! The gift shops were out of this world as well, they have something for everyone. The Trump Spa is the most relaxing place I’ve been in a long time, if you want a break from stress, this place is the one for you. Most of the employees speak 2-3 languages, some even more! We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.

The staff was INCREDIBLE! So kind, attentive, and helpful. I was treated like a princess every second I was there. Beautiful grounds, great room, and fabulous people. Room service is very overpriced for the quality, but everything else was wonderful.

Super property with all the amities, you could ask for when wanting a relaxing break and also having a pool and slide to keep kids occupied. The most notable selling point of this hotel in my opinion was the outstanding service and staff. Nothing was too much to ask for and if this reflects the Trump hotel brand I would certainly seek out stays at their other hotels.
