fine but a few service frustrations
clean hotel but a couple minor service complaints. had issues with TV and reception said they’d send someone up. 2+ hours later someone knocked on door but at this point is gone to bed. also breakfast service was disappointing. they were busy but i waited 40 minutes for breakfast (Power bowl) and finally had to leave as i was working at a conference and couldn’t wait any longer. i did appreciate the free latte they gave. also should def explain how to use the fancy light system!!

I like that you need to be a guest of the hotel to access the hotel's features. For example, the hotel had a pool party, etc on Saturday night but it was only accessible to the guests. The hotel has a restaurant on site. They do not accept cash. Be sure to get a printout of charges because i paid for my breakfast and they attempted to add the cost of breskfast to my final bill. The hotel is conveniently situated to Bayfront Park and a short walk from Kaseya Center. That was good as we were there for Sixers v Heat game. The hotel is modern and has nice facilities. It is right across the street from train station so you will experience some noise. Room did have an abundance of outlets, which is always a battle between my wife and I.

Elevators are very cool. Staff are friendly. Light controls in room are weird. Automatic light in bathroom lights up whole room if you get up in the middle of the night. No closet. Few hangars on a rack. Not enough towels except pool/beach towels. A lor od outlets, but not on both sides of the bed.

Not really a 4 person room on our junior suite res
We were taken aback by no parking instructions and upon arrival the person at the front desk received us by asking us to wait while he finished the text he was in the middle of. After a couple of mins of watching him completing the text message, we were greeted and got checked in. When getting to the room, both of the TVs were not working. An engineer had to be called to take the "this room has been checked out" message out. We did a reservation for 3 adults and a 16 year old. We only got one bed and expected the adult and a young adult to sleep in a strange modern looking sofa right on the floor. They offered a rollaway bed although our expectation for four people would be to have places to sleep for four people. Due to our initial bad impression of service and not really had our 4 person room reservation, we will not be staying at this hotel again.

We had a party of nine and rented three junior suites. When we arrived, the room we were assigned smelled very strongly of bleach, and outside of one of the windows was a large AC unit. We immediately asked to be changed to a different room and were accommodated. The second room was much nicer, and the staff was very friendly.
