When I checked out, the hotel representative did not express any appreciation for my stay. I spent a lot of money for a short visit and endured torrential rains (not the hotel’s fault), however, having spent considerable money to stay at the hotel and a lot of money at their restaurants and bars, I received no gratitude and left the hotel feeling unwelcomed.

A really aggressive security knocked really hard on our door I was in room 708 and he was really mean with really bad attitude and waking up the kids and saying that we were being loud saying that we where cursing and we were just trying to sleep and we didn’t even want to open the door but he was knocking really hard like if the fbi was kicking are door open and we don’t like the way how he treated us really low class and terrible attitude.

My wedding ring was taken from my room, our toilet needed to be serviced twice, the bottom of the walls in the bathroom were all torn up clearly due to another leak and it all looked dirty and moldy. Our room was cleaned half the time and never once after I reported my ring missing. I am six weeks away from my 20th wedding anniversary and without my ring. Then our sailing trip was cancelled and the captain did not call and tell us. It ended up being simple mistake but what a way to end the week. We’ve always stayed with Marriott and never had problems. This one is one to remember for all the wrong reasons
