The Worse Hotel Ever!
This was the worse trip or stay of my life of staying at various places worldwide. They put us on the 5th floor and the elevators didn't work. I was stuck in the elevator the first night and then it stopped working. We asked for clean towels and sheets as the towels and sheets were dirty and stained with loose hair. The facility is run down and is a place where also low income people reside and where drug paraphernalia and drug users push drugs or where drugs and prostitutions is rampant. The building is foul, and the grey or beige chair in the room is black with dirt. I do not feel comfortable getting another room from Hotels.com after this booking. Hotels.com have no business listing places like this to their customers. The toilet had human remains and when we try to switch they said we can't. We asked for fresh towel as the ones in the room were dirty they said they were out; this was the same night and the morning when we first arrived. The hotel is shabby with certain areas closed off due to broken down ceilings and leaks. I even had a black head coming up on my leg where I sat on the bed in the room. I am bitterly upset about this and never slept the whole time until I left. I am not writing this to get a refund. I am sending this review to help those coming behind me. DON'T BOOK IT.

The picture on the website is not this hotel! Everthing was wrong with this hotel, from the elevators not working, to hookers checking in at 1:00 am. I am not joking when I tell you I was afraid to sleep on the bed!

The hotel was at full capacity due to the Art Festival. I guarantee all guests would give hotel a bad review. The biggie was the 2 elevators down Friday and still on Saturday. I got out of there Saturday morning. I was suppose to stay til Sunday. So guests on 5,6,7th floor had to carry luggage up steps. I watched guests arrive as I sat in lobby. The girl gets guests registered. Guests walk over to elevators oh they got a surprise. The girl didn't even have decency to tell them. They go over and uh oh elevators are broke. Overall dirty,loud outer grounds,did not fe3l safe.

Do NOT be fooled by the pictures. This was possibly the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Staff was meh, elevators did not work & the rooms were absolutely atrocious. We didn’t even want to sleep on the sheets or take a shower because it was so visibly dirty. Think Saw meets the Shining. Definitely time for this place to be shut down and the owners to be put out of business because the money they are making off of people they are not putting back into the hotel at all. Believe the bad reviews and stay away!!!!

For starters an additional fee was required at the property only given 1 room key and 1 room towel no wash cloth or floor mat, all three elevators were broken for majority of stay(room on 6th floor). Room we were booked in and couldn’t be moved out of due to being “fully booked” did not lock at all from the outside when we left our things unprotected because lock was broken on door! Bed inside room was also broken and sat on floor basically! Lamp cord was completely cut and couldn’t be plugged in at all! Overall very poor quality and terrible experience!

Beware!!! Run!!!!
We left. Didnt even speak to staff. Ate the hotel "parking fee" and the entire stay. I have pictures but it wont let me upload them for some reason. I found drugs in the bed immediately after sitting my 6 month old daughter on the bed. It was just sitting on top. Thank god i saw it because she puts everything in her mouth. Blood splatters all over the walls of the bathroom. My husband worked in rehab facilities, we are very aware that was no peeling paint. No refund. (Mostly because i didnt talk to the front desk) because its not their fault. The owners need to do something and stop charging ridiculous rates at least. I feel bad for others that stayed here. We got a hotel on las olas Blvd for the same price including valet parking just the 2 nights prior!!!!

During my stay at the hotel I experienced the most extreme, bad, dirty and very dangerous things. The receptionist was very rude and disrespectful to me and other clients. The room was extremely dirty and the sheets and bathroom had been used previously. There were cockroaches everywhere. Finally, someone entered my room at 3:00am and three other guests' rooms as well. Despite having complained to the reception, they told me that since I had contracted with Expedia, they were not responsible for anything and did not want to attend to my complaint or refund the money. Finally at 7 am the next day I left the hotel so that my life would not be in danger. Expedia please do not post this Hotel on your website!!!

This place is run down with an expired elevator certification and the only way to get ahold of the management is through a email that you might or might not get a response from..I don’t recommend you spending your money here unless you like your rooms with stained floors , lights that don’t turn on and tv’s that don’t work.

The pictures are very misleading- they forgot to show the bullet proof glass at check in. Facility is run down and in a bad neighborhood. Didn't get a wink of sleep on the tiny pillow provided. Room had damaged walls, a toilet that barely flushed and a showerhead from 1985. Antenna TV. I know you get what you pay for but if represented accurately I would've known what to expect.

Don’t do it!
The hotel was very uncomfortable the tv was not plugged into the wall and the cord was too short to plug it in. The nightstands had cigarette burns in both sides of both of the nightstands. The chair had a rip in it from the back of the to the end of it. The hallways smelled back. And the elevator to go down didn’t work, so you had to walk down the stairs. In all I didn’t stay and I couldn’t get my money back for the room. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend. I guess you get what you pay for!
