Hotel is very old need lots of upgrades for in pool you can see mold also when you check in staff come ask you to sign in for Legend membership and they will never leave you alone I stayed three nights they asked three times to become a member. Staff is very good in the pool area also all the restaurant they deserve 5 stars. Spa massage is awesome very good professional service. When we checked out again promotional staff came and give you 20 minutes speech to buy your next vacation package. We were there for vacation to relax not get harassed. Yeh also we got stucked in elevator Alford several minutes because of malfunctioning. Overall we enjoyed our stay and also enjoyed beautiful sunset

We had a great time, staff was fun and polite. We always had a drink in our hand and the staff did a great job at keeping the party going. The main pool just got a little busy with kids splashing around the swim up bar. Knocking over drinks and splashing. But that’s not their fault.

I definitely loved, food is very good quality. Outdoor poor areas very nice and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the rooms. Definitely need an update. Also weren’t to clean. Overall, I still highly recommend this place

We have nothing but great things to say about our experience in Hard Rock Vallarta. There were minor issues but they addressed it right away. All the staff were great from day one until our departure, they never expect tips but super grateful when they receive it! Food and drinks in all the restaurants were delicious. Entertainment was great as well. No boring day for us. We are definitely coming back.

Overall we loved going to Hard Rock in Puerto Vallarta. I’ve been 3 times now. The only thing we have a complaint about is the time share Legend employees hounded us every time we went to the lobby. We started avoiding the lobby at all costs.

Overall it’s an ok all inclusive resort. I had a bad experience within my room as cash money was taken out of my backpack. It is not fair to accuse staff 100% as I have no video to prove it. But I counted my money on arrival and then the day before departure and I as missing closed to $1,000 dls. This time I didn’t go out partying/clubing so I know I didn’t spend it without been aware. Anyhow, just make sure to use the safety box to avoid issues like this.
