Just to name a few issues we had: the rooms had an awful musty smell, the hot tub/spa was closed our entire stay, and the elevators were broken the day we were leaving so we had to carry our luggage down 7 flights of stairs to make it to the airport on time.

The property was amazing, parking was very easy and it was walking distance to a lot of restaurants and Universal Studios ! My dislike was the sink in the bathroom, there was a thick layer of black mildew growing around the top part of sink under counter, I noticed it when I was sitting on toilet .

The room was not ready when I got there, albeit early. The promised text when it WAS ready never arrived. Most of the channels on the TV didn’t work. “Weak signal” The one Peloton bike they had never worked. The maintenance man came 20 min after I called and just unplugged it.

Digital key didn’t work so I waited in line 20 minutes to check in. Staff was rude and slow. No shuttle to Universal for HHN. Parking was expensive for no shuttle service. After the long wait to check in, I asked to be in a room in the same location I selected (away from the elevators). She said ok and put us right next to the elevator. Won’t be staying here again.

Universal View is deceiving. You do see it, i just thought it would be better view lol. Great hotel. Great amenities. Not walkable tho. You need to shuttle over (free)

It’s a 20 minute walk to City Walk/Universal Studios/Island of Adventure and there’s a complimentary shuttle to and from as well and you must have your name on the list when being transported to the attractions
