We would've not liked to have been deadlocked out of our room when we just went to go get ice and it took 15 minutes to get it fixed, although check in wasn't until 4 we got there a little earlier than 4 and no room was ready and they said they would let us know when one was ready it was 4:15 and we still had no call from anyone and it was frustrating that we had to call them to see if our room was ready and they didn't have the original room we had chosen they gave us a different room, we never have problems with hilton hotels but this one wasn't the best experience.

We had a great experience at the Double Tree. It is a very short distance to get to and from Universal. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

I enjoyed everything about the property. The room was wonderful. It was close to Universal Studios. The hotel was well kept and the staff was so friendly and professional. I will stay again.

Not my best experience.. the hotel rooms are very outdated the toilet hardly flushes, the elevators were constantly down. I had to wait a while to hopefully get on one . No one answers the phone after 10pm for the front desk. I did like that they had a Starbucks and cream shop but I hated my hotel room considering the amount of money I paid. They got me because it says “entrance to universal” however there are better that are even closer. Oh and I forgot to add that there is no microwave
