You couldn’t get out of the parking lot without buzzing into the hotel and it would take up to 15 minutes of waiting. They were having elevator issues constantly, had to take stairs to the 8th floor on several occasions.

Our room was not very clean. There was a lot of dust build up on obvious things that should be cleaned regularly. Our shower didn’t drain. We requested someone look at it and no one ever came. 2 out of 3 elevators were always down. We found the walking up to the 9th floor was faster then waiting for elevator and then stopping at every single floor. The staff was nice, but I would not stay there again.

Property was nice, was undergoing construction outside in the pavilion, but other than that it was a good stay. Room was nice and spacious, as was the bathroom. The room AC was loud, made a water dripping sound all the time that annoyed the hubby.

Great location if your plans are city walk or universal! Literally walking distance! The line to check in was horrible and the room key to get into the parking lot didn’t work. Breakfast was an added charge but we didn’t plan on eating in anyways. Tons of places on site to sit down and enjoy meals. We only stayed a night but if we stayed longer we’d of def enjoyed the amenities more. I’d def stay again. The price was awesome.

Why not a 5 star because it cost hotel guests 33 dollars to park your car at the hotel

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The hotel itself had a lot of places to relax e.g Starbucks on-site, an ice cream parkour, a pizza and burger spot, a games room, a pool, a hot tub, a restaurant (the meals were very tasty!) The clients were also very friendly. There was also a free shuttle service to Universal Studios. Will definitely stay there again😊

Not a good nights sleep
Went to Orlando to visit friends. The check in line took forever. Only two people working check and I stood in line for 30 minutes. The room was clean but smelled like mildew. The king size bed had a horrible mattress. Thin and old and Very Uncomfortable
