10/10 would recommend! I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The rooms were well kept, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. And let me tell you, the cookies are to die for! One thing to note, though: breakfast is now served with only three dish options instead of the buffet style, and the wait for seating was about 30 minutes. mins, but my plate was delish, just plan around the wait)

The heat in my room did not work. I asked at the front desk to have someone look at it. 50 minutes later no one came up. I packed up my stuff and switched to a different room. The woman at the desk said “ Good help is hard to find”.

Here is an honest and objective view. The staff at this hotel are very polite, friendly and hardworking. The hotel and rooms are outdated and need upgrading. As you look around, many areas show it's age. I booked the junior suite and observed that 1) several electrical outlets could not maintain a plug in place, 2) the cooling/heating system is outdated and not consistent, 3) there appears to be evidence of instances of water intrusion and 5) several areas in the room and hallway look like they need some basic maintenance and tlc. Been a Hilton Honors member for years, this is not the worst, but it could have been better. If you're staying 2 days, this would work. Wouldn't recommend for summer or longer stays. Would like to see them improve if the will and investment is there.

The bed were nice & comfy, good amenities in the shower, and refrigerator. But the cornerrs, molding and the like were not the cleanest. The was old dust & hair in the corners, the caulking etc. Service was nice, front desk very helpful and friendly. Little things like directions and signage would have been nice!
