The railing to get in and out of the hot tub was very wobbly. The AC did not work in my suite. Did not like the fact that you didn't know until you got there that you had to pay $21 a day to park. The breakfast in the morning was very good.

A Recommended Option
I booked the room for an overnight stay in Orlando. I needed something convenient to the airport and chose this hotel based on the complimentary shuttle service and hot tub lol. The shuttle drivers each way were friendly and helpful. Upon check in, I was presented with a ticket for 2 drinks at the bar during their social hour; definitely a nice touch! The suite was spacious I stayed out late downtown and assumed I could still grab breakfast on-site the following morning, but opted for the hot tub instead. The only area of opportunity was the elevator. It went at glacier pace as one of the other ones was out of use. Other than that I’d stay again!

The shuttle service is great. They picked me up from the rental car place late at night and was ready for my reserved time at 5 am. Staff were friendly.

We were only here for 10 hours due to late flight arrival and needing to be on the road early for my son's golf tournament. Nice hotel and staff was very friendly. Additional parking fee is a bit over the top though.

I loved the location of the property and the house keep staff and morning breakfast staff were all amazing-especially Rosa who offered to help me take my family’s food to our room. The front desk person was nice but I had to pull answers out of her about general thingsas well as ask fwhat my room number was because it wasn’t written on the card holder. When I inquired about a shuttle to the por, she was helpful then. She seemed ready to move on to something else.
