Embassy has always been good for us for over 20 years. This experience had your team assisting us with a double booking through EXPEDIA; that did not check us in on arrival as he used the reservation expdia/ hotel.com never checked with us about. CHANGE is ALWAYS GOOD when corp forgets to take care of the people

Check in was a nightmare. They refused to give us the room we booked. They wanted to give us an excessible room unless we paid an additional $25. I showed them my booking form but insisted that Hotels.com books these rooms without telling the customer because they’re cheaper. One woman was down right nasty but the other one seemed like she wanted to help. They finally called the manager who gave us our room.

Night staff at the front desk were very helpful, kind, and a pleasure to deal with. Breakfast was great. Room was very spacious. Toilet was small and cramped into a corner and im bigger so it was uncomfortable to use. Elevators were very slow to show up half the time we used them, and stairs were hard to find.

Service was great, room is slightly dated. You can feel the hotel is getting old despite the modern pictures. I would stay again for the right price. Complimentary shuttle was useful and the breakfast was a great value.

We had to switch from our original room due to a very heavy odor, cleaning product smell. The beds were uncomfortable. Has we were leaving in the morning there was a large, black bug crawling on the wall. You could hear the guest in the next room.

Hotel was very clean however needs some updating in rooms & elevators. Nice breakfast and also Happy Hour. Very convenient to airport. Free shuttle bus on the 1/2 hour.

They had a great happy hour. The rooms were nice and clean, plenty of room for a family. Close to shopping centers and food. Easy shuttle service to and from the airport and the nearby shopping center.
