Great hotel close to parks. Breakfast busy.
Close to the WDW parks. Comfortable bed! Clean room. Loud aircon but didnt mind that. Only downfall is the crowd at breakfast time. Could often not even find a place to sit to eat! And we went out of season. Feel that the hotel need to give out allocated times for breakfast and times not great (between 6&9am). Also shuttle times are only one time about 0835 per day so we got cabs. Apart from this, the hotel was great!

I am giving this place a bad review solely for the fact that management and staff had zero concern for our issue. This is the first and last time we stayed for a vacation because of this. We booked a cheap package on Orbitz that included airfare and hotel and the big push factor was the hotel included theme park shuttle, for free. Times have been tough financially but the deal seemed pretty good. Once we got there we discovered it was by reservation only and done through a third-party… This third-party company is an absolute joke! The four days we were there I was the first one in line and scan the QR code exactly at 8:35 when reservations began they were "full " And the one time I did get a reservation the bus was full and the bus driver actually told me to get out with my young daughter. So rude! I was told I had to submit my concerns to the transportation company because the hotel could literally care less. I called Hilton had spent over $100 just on taxis to and from the theme park after the second day, Hilton actually told me it's a free service… What do you expect? And would not offer any sort of refund or any Sort of help with the transportation cost we were not expecting to have to pay Absolutely ridiculous. It's really sad because this property itself is actually pretty nice but the issue with the transportation and the lack of care or concern was very very disappointing! Won't be back. I hardly leave bad reviews but this particular issue really made me mad.

I enjoyed my stay at Home2 Suites. I went up for a late birthday trip and I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room as well as the care of the staff. It is a great distance from many stores and attractions, including Walt Disney World which is only about a 20 minute drive away.

The room was good but shower in the bath was not good as it is faulty and less water coming out of it so we had problem with bath every day. We reported the issue to staff and they checked the issue but it won't resolved. Otherwise, everything is good.
