Come enjoy this luxurious 5-bedroom 4-bathroom villa with a private pool overlooking tranquil conservation views! There are no rear neighbors to obstruct your natural conservation view. A great place for viewing a variety of wildlife such as the Florida Sand Hill Cranes that regularly visit the rear lawn of the villa and eagles which can be seen soaring overhead. The pool has a screened in extended lanai with ample lounge chairs and 2 tables for outdoor seating. There are 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and three other spacious bedrooms, one with an en suite. All bedrooms have smart TV’s with Netflix availability and Spectrum app with over 100 channels. Each master bedroom has a safe that is added for your comfort and convenience. There is a jacuzzi to relax in after a long day at Disney which is only a 20 minutes’ drive away. Or after golfing at world renowned golf courses that is within a few minutes’ drive from this home. Excellent villa for large families
We had an excellent vacation at this villa. The villa was of a high standard with all facilities needed for a lovely stay. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the welcome pack was a lovely thought and appreciated. It is a lovely family home where we as a family of 6 spent many hours round the lovely pool looking over the forest were much wildlife was spotted The games room especially the pool table provided many competitive evenings!! The management company were excellent as we experienced a small problem with a water leak from the A/C unit, this was reported and rectified within 2 hours. We would highly recommend this villa and are actively looking to see when we are able to return in the future.

The property is beautiful, spacious and is fully equipped with everything you need. We spent our days at the parks most of which were 30 mins away by car then chilled in the evening either by the pool or watching tv on the very comfortable sofas. The house is within a gated community and the security and other residents are very friendly. This is a perfect house to stay for a family and I would 100% recommend this property.

Family Vacation
My family and I stayed at this home for a week and had an amazing time. The home was beautiful, clean and well kept and the pool was also well managed.There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax but close enough to keep an eye on the kids at all times. We ended up requesting a BBQ during our stay and it was delivered quickly with supplies which was very much appreciated. Getting a hold of the property manager was not difficult and any questions were answered promptly. The people working the front gate were extremely welcoming and we never had any problems/concerns with entry. There were some rules for staying at the house which we found very appropriate, most I felt were common sense and/or common curtesy when staying at someone’s home (lock up when you leave, run the dishwasher when you leave, and start a load of laundry, things like that). Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation and enjoyed coming back to a beautiful home after long days running around. We would definitely book again and would recommend this spot to others!

Wonderful stay
Wonderful stay at Watersong. We’ve stayed all up and down the US27 and Champions Gate over the years and although Watersong is a little further away from the hustle and bustle, this means that it’s a more peaceful location with lots of wildlife in the area. Nice clean estate and house and when we had an issue with one of the doors, the management company responded straight away. Can’t fault the property. Was exactly like the photos and description. Lots of room and plenty of space for everyone.

Home was clean and ranch style layout was easy to move around in. Pool was just as nice as the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and close enough to the parks to make travel easy. If you're considering this place, just do it. You won't be disappointed.

Very enjoyble stay
Very clean and well maintained. Raja was a great host. Very responsive as was his property mgr. Our grandkids totally enjoyed the pool. We also took advantage of the great pool at the resort. Would totally recommend this propety to anyone. The only drawback was the heavy traffic at times...but nothing that raja could do anything about!! Stay away from rush hour!!

Beautiful Home, Beautiful neighborhood
We enjoyed a winter get away at this home and appreciated every moment of it. It is a spacious and welcoming home that offers a private and quiet outdoor patio and pool as well. Once you get used to and plan for the traffic outside of the development, it is a great getaway space for Disney Parks The owner and management team were easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Our group of 6 adults loved this home!! Beautiful home to stay at along with the pool and hot tub, and the garage game room that were all used multiple days! A perfect place to stay for our trip to the area. Publix/gas station/Dunkin just 10 minutes away. Our favorite place that we have stayed through VRBO! Home is just as lovely as pictures online.

Lovely Home!
We would definitely stay here again! We came down for a family Disney vacation. The house is lovely! It has modern and elegant decor. There were 6 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of room to eat and congregate together, but also to allow for privacy. The house has everything you need, from kids’ toys to kitchen scissors, from extra blankets to pool floaties. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing after a day at Disney. There are only a few things I would suggest need attention, and these are by no means deal breakers. A couple of the pots/pans need to be replaced because the teflon is scratched up. The shower caddy in the master bedroom has a lot of lime scale on it. Needs to be replaced. The queen mattress lacked a mattress cover. The sliding door from the living room to the lanai is very difficult to slide open and close. The pool filtration system runs along the wall of the master bedroom. There were times when my husband could hear and feel the vibration. I didn’t notice it, but he did. All in all, minor stuff which could be easily and quickly addressed.

Has it all! Location, lots of room, overall great getaway!
Comfortable house for everyone. You can have your own space while enjoying time together too. Kitchen is well supplied. Pool is perfect size for a family to enjoy and safety is number one with the owner and Property Manager. Property Manager and Gate guards are really friendly and helpful too. Will most definitely try to stay here again with family and friends when coming to Orlando.

A House for all Seasons
We booked this property for a family group of 9 people ranging in ages from 11 to 70 and boy did it deliver! Security into the Watersong community and into the house was very well run. The house was spacious, tastefully decorated and practical. Air Con was essential and plentiful, many a meal was prepared on the excellent cooking facilities both in-house and on the BBQ beside a fantastic pool. Laundry facilities were second to none. Finally all in our party thought the house was worth every penny and would heartily recommend it.

Wonderful vacation home
This was the perfect location for our theme park filled week. It was very easy to get to Disney, Universal, and also super convenient to the airport. After long days at the park the beautiful pool was a welcome relief. The home is very spacious and the neighbourhood is gorgeous and safe. The whole family enjoyed our stay and we'd stay here again for our next Orlando trip! The host Raja was also wonderful and really easy to communicate with.

Can’t wait to book this property again
From the moment we arrived to the home to the time that we reluctantly had to leave everything was great. The house was very clean very organized. The rooms were very big spacious and spread apart. The game room in the garage was very nice for the kids to get away and for the adults as well. The pool was very clean and warm and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay at a very nice upscaled home.
