Sketchy area and no blanket for the bed!
This motel had the very basics that would qualify it to be a motel. The bed did not have a comforter or blanket. It had one bedsheet, and a king size “blanket” the thickness of a cheap burp cloth. The floor was dirty. The shower was walk in style with a shower curtain all the way to the floor- reminded me of the showers at a bad summer camp. Super sketchy parking lot, we did not feel safe. Breakfast had most things a continental breakfast would offer. We almost didn’t stay the night because the bed situation was so bad and how unsafe we felt.

We arrived at the property , and the room smelled like mold and the lock would not work. The door lock system failed at night , and their solution was to make us change rooms after we were already set up.

I will be very honest with my review. First day I arrived with my family, the check-in process was fine, however we have been told that we must tell the front desk if we want the room to be cleaned. When we reached our assigned room I noticed the following: Everything made from metal is heavily rusty (door knobs, wall light fixtures, shower head, vents, towels rags...etc), the cabinet's drawer is broken, wall trims fallen. The telephone is not working, the hair dryer not working, the mini fridge is not working. There is no laundry in the hotel. The room is too misty to the point when you wake up in the morning you feel your cloths is wet. The elevator closed to my room was working fine the first day then it was broken and stayed broken our entire stay. A dirty towel were left inside the cabinet from the previous book which is meaThis is the worst hotel I stays in for the past 15 years and this is the first time I left such a bad review like this.

Don’t stay here!
We booked this hotel because it was at walking distance of Universal Studios. It was the worst hotel we have stayed so far. We only stayed one night out of the 3 we booked. The beds were the most uncomfortable ones we have ever seen before. You can fill the mattress springs in your back. I asked for another room and bed was almost the same. I appreciated the front service offering me another room and cancelling the other two nights without any fine.

Our room had lots of roaches a few big ones but mostly tiny ones we even found a few inside our bags found most of them crawling on the bathroom sink area thankfully all our toothbrushes were in ziplock bags but when we can back to our room at night we found some crawling on those bags the elevators were out of service (no signs indicating so) and room service was by call yet we didn’t receive any until we called again in the morning the outside of the hotel seemed very nice and we were hopeful at first but we left extremely disappointed and dissatisfied
