The kitchen was fully equipped and big enough, also clean. Full size refrigerator. Oven worked excellent so the dishwasher. Washer and dryer in very good condition. Not noise at all. Good size bedroom and bathroom. Hotel is not noisy. Only detail the property is old and carpets are filthy. Close to everything. Walmart was only 10min away.

Our hot water went out in the morning and it took a lot of arguing to get moved to another room and get any compensation. Sonder management wanted us to take cold showers and have someone come into our unit during the day while we were gone. The hallways were very strongly scented; sometimes marijuana and sometimes weird scents to cover things up. The entire road area around the property is under construction as of September 2024 and the hotel parking lot is used by construction vehicles during the daytime. I’ll choose another nearby property next time.

Excellent cost-benefit hotel in Orlando, it served well our needs. Extremely well located, close to Universal and to many other tourist attractions. Will definitely consider this option whenever I return to Orlando.

Great area, lots of parking space, spacious units. The only issue encountered was access code for the unit was invalid upon arrival and it was inconvenient trying to contact customer service via app and telephone to resolve the issue. Otherwise the rooms were as expected but the carpet in the living area needs to be replaced (visibly worn and stained).

Everything from check in to check out was easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. I had everything I needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The pool area was nice as well. The place served its purpose. We needed a place to sleep while visiting the parks. However the atmosphere was very cold. In our room there was one painting - the rest was bare white walls and bright white lights. Honestly made us feel more like a hospital.
