After I booked room with certain amenities I went to to front desk to get my room they said we don’t have this room and we will give you other room but not the same amenities and if you don’t like this you can call Expedia and cancel. I think the lobby was well maintained and the pool areas were kept clean. Sadly, my building (KEY building) felt run down. You can very much tell that this was an old hotel that got a quick “Marriott” makeover. Chips and dents in my room were painted over instead of fixed- you could still make out the outline of the broken fixtures. When I first got to my room, there were ants on the table near the AC. I had to LYSOL the perimeter to make sure I got them all. The safe was broken. The toilet seat wasn’t wiped clean and there were paint chippings on the floor. I also had a half used toilet paper roll left in the bathroom. The hallway smelled like mildew and old cigarettes, but I think that’s the lingering smell of the previous hotel. I had a small incident at Waves Bar and Grill downstairs. I ordered a quesadilla and a glass of water (to-go) and it took 45 minutes at 10:30 at night (I was the only person in the restaurant portion). When it came time to pay, my bill was $16.07. I put a $20 down and asked for change. I was given $3 back instead of $3.93. I tried to find my waitress to tell her, but she had disappeared and I decided to let it be (but I think it should be noted). Overall, if you need a place just to sleep in-between theme park visits, this place will do the trick if you’re in a pinch. However, if you want a more elevated experience, I would choose the Lake Buena Vista location or (if you can) a Disney property. 5.5/10 overall.

The worst experience
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. When we arrived to check in, they proceeded to tell us that our room was not available. (Their website said otherwise). They offered to give us a room with a sofa bed. Pretty much we had to make our bed with a 1inch spring mattress. They did not have any blankets. We were here for our anniversary and this was very disappointing and frustrating. Do not recommend this hotel.
