Good hotel but there were days that they do not had parking spaces so they sent you to other hotel in the resort. The same with the buses we had to walk to other hotel to take them. So I recommend NOT staying in the dolphin, instead chose the swan.

Overall, the property was excellent, but our room had a backed up sink and a toilet that sounded like it wanted to back up. one night when we came back into our room and smelled like sewage, but I always travel with air freshener. because we were only there for one night we endured

Extremely upset with hotels parking policy. We paid $38 to park and had to park at their other property because our hotel parking lot was full.

Staying here checked the box of completing stays at all three of the resorts in this complex. The Dolphin has been our favorite of the three, and I am planning on booking it for our next trip to the most magical place on earth!

2nd time staying here. If you're trying to sleep in it will be noisy. I got locked inside my room twice, had to be saved. It was definitely fixed the second time- deadbolt malfunction. It kinda looked like I had some mold in the bath tub area by wall. When I went to the spa I was laying in the black recliner and looked up at the ceiling and noticed some cobwebs. I normally wouldn't mind but it is expensive so it should be super nice. Overall the place was safe and clean and easy to get to parks. I loved the pools as well. And the arcade was fun.

Amazing location

Great location and friendly staff. We had a little upgrade to a resort view which was very cool. The kids loved watching the boats from the room. Only downside is that our bathroom smelled like mildew. We told the staff and they re-cleaned the bathroom. Smell still lingered, might be in the shower curtain or walls. Also, the beds are doubles instead of queens, just a little small. We enjoyed the property and our stay. We will come back again. I will book the balcony room next time for a bit more space. Short walk to boardwalk and Epcot!

The resort is very convenient to boardwalk and Epcot. The Mexican restaurant is 10/10, but the resort is very outdated. The hallways walking to the room were ver underwhelming. The walls are bland, the lights were dim, the carpet in the hallways were super dirty. We got to our room, The bed was made but the shower had hair from previous user, I believe it was only one trash can in the room but it didn’t even have a trash bag in, near, or even in the room. We had to use a bag we got from a gas station driving up. For the price of these rooms I was expecting more. We were only there for 1 day so I didn’t make a big deal but as a Disney annual Passholder I was very disappointed.

Self parking was very bad . Only negative about staying here. Not enough spaces in self park people blocked others cars. Very very bad . Use valet.
