Location is fairly close (10 min walk), but don’t trust Google maps to give you good directions to get there from Shin-Osaka Station. Take the South Gate to get to the correct side. Do not exit the East Gate, which will take you on the opposite side of the railroad tracks.

Not very luxurious, but totally adequate for our needs. Not enough pillows, but front desk provides more upon request. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. Hotel is very near Shin-Osaka station which is very convenient. Our room was on the back side of the building, hence above the train tracks. We didn't mind the train noise at all, and kind of missed it after we left.

Nice hotel just 5 min walk to Shin Osaka Station. The 2 single bed room is spacious enough for 2 Adult 1 child. Single bed is bigger than a normal single bed. Bath tub is provided with hot/cold water. Breakfast is a healthier version Japanese style breakfast and we enjoyed the light food so much. Staffa is very friendly, we checked in after 10pm and there is still staffs there to assist. This is our first time Self Tour in Osaka and definitely will come back again with such great hospitality!

We always enjoy our stays at this hotel. Loved the room and the common area as usual. The staff members are friendly. The proximity to Shin-Osaka Station is great (JR, Subway, Shinkansen & Airport Bus). There are many restaurants around. Will come back again!

Property is close to the Shin Osaka station. Room is good size, staff are fantastic (as expected on any Japanese hotel). Did not see any convenience store nearby. Breakfast buffet have pretty good options. It's a good location if you want to go to towards Himeji, Hiroshima, Kyoto and Nara as it's fairly central. Room is a bit dated and nothing to do in the evening, hence the 4 star rating

Great hotel a couple of blocks from the Shin Osaka station so it makes traveling around Osaka very easy. Hotel is modern and very clean. Free breakfast is a nice bonus too. Definitely stay here next time your in Osaka.

Everything tidy and service good. Decent basic breakfast. Not a pretty area, but it is convenient to Shin-Osaka station. Though beside the track, they have good windows to keep the sound out.
