The property itself was nice and modern. The location was close to transportation, but not near points of interest. It was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff wasn’t always friendly or overly helpful. In fact, at the breakfast I was reminded that I’d already had my limit of three items (small items) when I asked for another. It was somewhat like this with all the staff.

The hotel is weird. The aesthetic of the building and common areas are very modern and nice to look at. Our room however was small and the floor plan was weird. Our room smelled “old” like mold and keeping the windows open or using a fabric freshener spray didn’t help. It was obvious that they never shampoo the carpet because there were many stains that could easily be removed with cleaning. The shower was extremely weird as it was like a small enclosed room with a weird lighting and mirror in the middle of it. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel was amazing. When you walk in you are met with a really nice lobby with great vibes. In this same lobby you can get happy hour daily where guests meet and you can spark conversations with people. When you get to your room, I believe it to be the most spacious room I’ve stayed at so far in Japan and I did 4 different hotels. The area by the TV offers a nice spot for friends to drink/talk. The bunk beds offers a lot more space with friends also going there to just sit and relax while we talk. The bathroom being a curtain is the only downside but we never had any issues with it when we shared the room. The actual shower is amazing though and the toilet is separated so someone can shower and whoever needs to use the toilet can still do so no problem. Great experience

Great hotel, one of the best we stayed at during our stay in Japan. The room is well equipped, clean and modern. Location wise, easy to get around with metro station nearby. Staff were great and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay at The Lively hotel. Lobby, restaurant/bar, rooms were all clean and not outdated. Staff was really friendly. We especially loved the free beer and chu-hi happy hour every day! There is a 7-11 right across the street and the hotel is really close to subway stations. 10/10 stay, we will be back next time!

One of our hotels cancelled on us for no reason. We booked the lively last min and was able to check in right away. Very affordable and spacious. Room and bath were amazing. The rooms smelled a little weird but i looked past it. They have a nice lounge and rooftop area. Staff was very nice, would book again.

The rooms were quite large and the breakfast was the best we had in three hotels. Upstairs in the bar area you can go on the top and see the view. It is great.

Great place to stay. Rooms are small. This hotel does not offer pajamas unlike most hotels in Japan. Love that they have a late night meal options.❤️ there is free beer for one hour in the hotel, such a fun place to stay

All the staff is very friendly and welcoming. We checked out their rooftop bar and the main bar on the 14th floor is amazing and wonderful. Free beer 5:30 to 6:30 is such a smart thing to do! Loved the vibe and the Djs were great would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Osaka!
