Not clean, the rooms smelled bad and the AC was noisy. Breakfast is very limited and poor quality. There are so many other hotels with lower prices that are much better. I stayed there because it is close to Jackson Memorial Hospital but you can stay in much better hotels in better areas, cheaper and better quality, and use Metrorail to go to UM or the hospital

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. We just didn’t like the area. We would walk our dogs around and there were a few homeless people and the area was under construction. I wouldn’t want to walk around by myself at night.

The staff absolutely make this place amazing!!! Because I come for medical reasons it is so nice to be well taken care of. I have been staying here for years. Very walkable, they have a shuttle for appointments. But the front desk staff are on point! They help in any way they can.

I booked 4 rooms for my family of 12.. Rooms were very clean . Love the room decor and the area . Lovely staff very professional and understanding the only mis communication was about paying for parking on the property.. which the price could be adjusted at least 15.00 dollars instead of 30 something dollars and change and we see the price displayed for 14.00 dollars my only take away and the pool was not open due to unknown reasons..

Lobby was clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. Good food from the restaurant. Nicely kept property, though small. Secure parking available. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Carpets is hall and room were showing thier age. Toilet would need a handle jiggle to stop it from running. Really close to Miami U. medical campus. No major complaints at all. An enjoyable stay.

Very nice room, comfortable stay
I had to stay 3 nights due to having plaque radiation for eye melanoma so I could not leave my room. My partner had to stay 3 feet away to not get reactions from the radiation plaque. The room was very comfortable, I really have no complaints except where the tv is located. It is not at the end of the beds like a typical room, it is kind of kiddy cornered from the beds. The breskfast was hot and plentiful with hot and cold foods. My bf brought me up a nice breakfast each morning. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. M bf slept on the couch and he said it was not too bad. The bathroom was broke up into 2 rooms: toilet and sink in one and sink and shower/bath in othe ithrr. Although I was stuck in the room the entire time in Miami, it was a very comfortable room to quarantine in.
