Casual motel stay. Staff was very nice. Room was clean. No bugs. Pool nice and clean. Short, convenient walk to the #2 beach access. Ice and laundry was convenient to access. Non-busy location, very quiet. My only gripe was the AC, it was hot in the room. Overall, would return in future :)

Aqua View was clean and employees were very nice. The beach is a very short walk away. It's a nice place to stay on a budget, but I wouldn't want to stay more than a couple of days because the rooms are very small.

The property can use a bit of fixing up and the cleaning was not what I would expect but the customer services was amazing! My family and I arrived after midnight and the person in charged made sure we were taken care of even before we arrived. In the morning when I had the chance to fully check in, the other guy was so nice and checking out,she was amazing too! All 3 people were amazing.

This is a mom and pop type motel , no breakfast etc . But rooms very clean staff super nice clean pool and only a very short walk to beach . Our 2nd time here and we will def return !

I have stayed at Aquaview over several years now and it feels like you’re staying with family when you stay there and the scenery in the pool are so beautiful. Everything is so clean and neat and you can see the golf from the second floor rooms That’s how close you are

It's an older property, but well-maintained. The only complaint I have was the lack of hanging space for wet towels, etc. There wasn't a closet or any hooks in the bathroom. Staff was great 😃

The hotel is old so this needs to be taken in consideration. But the linen was stained and the comforter had a burn spot in it. Floor was dirty. We bought blankets and pillows and slept on top of theirs. Location is great just needs modernization. For the price it’s what you would expect.

Great small motel
This motel was a pretty good stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming and upgraded our room for free upon arrival. One of the first things we checked out was the pool, it was large and never crowded. Also, the motel is only a short walk with no large roads to cross to get to the beach which is a great bonus. However, the motel was a bit on the older side so some of the furniture and walls were not the best. Might also be nit picky but the water pressure for the shower was basically non existent. Outside of those two issues though, it was really good.

I always check for bed bugs so nothing against the Aqua View motel in Panama City Beach FL it’s just a safety check I do for my family we don’t want to stay at a place like that. The mattress needs replaced because they are so stained up that I absolutely hate sleeping on dirty mattress and the sheets pillow cases all had staines on them but I always pack are own pillows and blankets so we don’t ever have to sleep on sheets and blankets that million of people use everyday I love bringing my own not a problem just a problem with the mattress is all the floor the shower all clean and updated the staff was nice!

People live at this hotel, friendly but not the most upscale people. It is close to the beach but I wouldnt ever stay here again. Our door frame looked like it had been kicked in previously and the top bunk had the supports fall out as soon as our kid got on it. We had him sleep on a different bed. There was broken glass in the parking lot. Overall not my cup of tea.
