We booked the most expensive room, the presidential suite, and when we arrived 2 hours after Check-in, the door was broke. We couldn't get in. The front desk called someone to fix it, told us it would be 30 minutes. An hour later the technician still had not arrived. It was 4 hours before we were able to get in to a dirty room. There was sand on the furniture as well as mystery substances that might have been oil, or lotion. The floors had spots of the greasy liquid throughout the room. The AC units are covered by curtains and supported by wood blocks, so you had to choose privacy or AC. The noise is terrible, the room is directly behind the front desk and faces the parking lot, so every car pulling in or leaving shines their headlights into the room. Worse, the room above us had such thin floors it sounded like a herd of elephants all night whenever they walked. Then there's the In Room Hot Tub, the reason we stayed here, it's filthy! We filled it (took about 30 minutes) there was an oil slick on top and hair floating in it GROSS!, the tub is showing its age with how worn out everything is. Rusty jets, handles that are loose, cracked and faded lining. Lastly, the smell, everything in the hotel smelled like mildew or old food except for the lobby. The bed was fine, most of the lights in the room worked, but just don't look behind the furniture since it's never been cleaned. The reading lights on the headboard either didn't work or were missing. $200 a night for this??

We booked the presidential suite and told them up front when we booked we had a dog. We get there and we told no dogs allowed in suites. Which the main reason for renting was the jetted tub. Well we got move to a regular king room that didn’t even have premium tv stations. And even with the issue we had we still got charge full price. No where on there website or at the desk for it say pets not allowed in suites. They could have did something for us but it was just about money with them. We were not at all happy with the way this turned out at all.
