This hotel is beautiful in appearance. Location is great and beach area is not too crowded. Room keys are "sensitive". I had to have mine reset 3 days of out 6. Only got room cleaned once. They took all the dirty towles but left us none. When we call the front desk she said they would bring some up. After waiting 45 minutes my wife just went down and got them. They gave no apologies for no on bringing them and they were out of the small one you pit in front of the shower door. They said someone would bring that up and we never saw it either. A room close to us was smoking pot so we were not able to enjoy the balcony the first night there. Room was spacious but bed was so tall you had to run and jump in it. It was also very lumpy and didn't sleep well. The room was quiet though. Over all it was ok, just not a 4 star.

Property was beautiful, right on the water. Huge balcony to enjoy the views and warm breezes. Hotel staff was awesome! Food was delish and you are in close proximity to a number of dining options if you want more than what the hotel offers.

Horrible experience
This was one of the worst hotels experiences I have had. When we arrived the room did look like the pictures but the air would not work. After a few hours we could not stand the heat any longer and proceeded to go to the check in desk and let her know the issue. She then laughed at the situation but did give us another room. By this time it was very late and we had to move all our stuff into this new room. We got little to no sleep because the bed was squeaky. This was not a good stay at all.

The reason I’m giving the facility a one star is we were unable to use the pool. that was the only reason we came to this hotel is because it had a beautiful pool outside. We were not even able to sit by it which is unfortunate. The beach was had very high surf that day due to being right after the hurricane. I feel Expedia should have let me cancel my nonrefundable reservation due to the facility not being able to accommodate why we were staying there. Granted the hotel said they would take us by golf cart to one of the other facilities that was not the point. Hotels need to be held accountable and so does Expedia for not updating their accounts, letting the people know they can cancel their reservation at any time if the hotel does not stand up to the end end of the bargain. This is not the first time it has happened and now that hotels are charging resort fees I feel it’s absolutely ridiculous for us to have to pay a fee when we don’t even get to use any of the resort amenities.

Leaky but cute
I like the amount of space in the room. The bed is very high. I love balconies, so we had the corner king suite. The only complaint is the water leak. We thought the water was coming from the shower. However, after we cleaned up the water from the floor, it reappeared while we were sleeping. It is quite "awakening" to step in water while you're on your way to the restroom in the middle of the night. We only stayed for a night. If we had known there was a leak, we would have notified the staff but I also could tell the leak was not a new issue. The hotel has potential. If I stay again, it would have to be under the same circumstance as this trip - everywhere else was booked - and I would most definitely check for leaks.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay everything was perfect! The staff was super friendly and the rooms were super clean. They made us feel like we were at home. The second night we were there our air went out. I called the front desk and they sent someone up immediately. The greeter at the door name Scott was amazing as well. He was so sweet and generous and showed us around the resort. The view was breathtaking as we walked in the room. We will definitely be back again!

This place is beautiful, very very close to the water and the pool is heated( no jacuzzi) and they have a nice gym. The beds were amazing ( high off the ground though ) we wanted to try room service but there wasnt enough space to eat. No couch or counters. You do have a small work table. There's no microwave in the rooms and you cant use the ones on the main floor. Theres also no washing machines in this resort that guests can use. I found one 1 mile away ( beach laundry ) Overall a beautiful place with great beds on the beach, just lacking a few basic amenities in my opinion
Short walk to the sand. You can rent 2 chairs and a umbrella for $50 a day. They also have kyacks to rent
