The toilet did not work, the sheets looked like they werenā€™t changed. One towel only, kinda hard, I went back downstairs and didnā€™t say anything, gave them the keys and walked out.

Great customer service Front Desk staff and Carlos the waiter in the restaurant was great as well every time we go they greet us and are very friendly thank u guys just one suggestion yā€™all might want to upgrade and put cups in the room maybe a microwave thanks for a great stay my husband and I enjoyed our trip

The shower door was disgusting, with mold at the bottom of the door, towels dirty looking, NOT WHITE at all, there was NO Fitted sheet on the mattress, pillows too small. Would be nice to see the rooms/hotel with a newer look, maybe some remodeling will be nice as well.

The only issue was that i reserved a queen bed I got 2 beds also I was asked to wait 30 minutes before my husband and I could check in plus no fridge or microwave available other than that customer service was great
