You get a ride on the cart to your room after that good luck with the golf carts picking you up. The restaurants were in different resort areas making it long distances to walk when there are limited carts. After a certain time at night they only have like 1 cart for the whole 3 resort areas. The alcohol drinks were awful. Tried several of them at different bar locations and I do t know if it’s just the mixes they use but not good at all. If your younger crowds this is not for you. It’s more an older crowd vibe, I’m older just saying. The entertainment was good, the food was delicious. I had to save that part for the end.

I recently stayed at Ed Dorade Royale Resort in Mexico, and it was a great experience! The airport pick-up and drop-off service was super convenient—something other resorts should consider. Though I had a minor issue with my room initially, the staff quickly resolved it and even upgraded me. The resort is large, but golf carts run all day, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly, with a special shoutout to Victor, who was fantastic at both Cocotel and La Pizzeria. The rooms could use a refresh, but overall, I’d recommend Ed Dorade Royale for a relaxing all-inclusive getaway!

The most unorganized resort I have ever been to. The app is not updated with daily activities, when you call to find out hours are weird and most times no one answers. Entertainment was not great or missing. Good after hours was non existent

We loved our stay. Beautiful place, fantastic staff, food and drink amazing. Room spacious and very comfortable. The range of pools were great If you're after a beach holiday this is not the one for you as the beach has mainly been washed about but you can enjoy chilling by the sea. We would definitely reutn.

Property was very clean and nice. Staff were very attentive, would like to thank Alex one of the servers from Kampai, for making our lunches memorable. However, the beach was lacking and the app they used for booking restaurants was unreliable. Lastly, the resort comes with free airport transport, visit to the cenote or catamaran but this was never communicated to us until it was too late to book. However, overall great experience and would definitely come back again.

We didn’t like the food options. Dinner is reservation only! Room service food is good but no beverage options. Minibar & towels were not restocked daily. Breakfast buffet did not have many options & there is no beach meaning you CANNOT swim in the ocean. Pools need some maintenance. And be prepared for them to try & sell you a membership. We were approached multiple times in 4 days

We traveled here with a big group of friends. We had a great time. The room was cleaned daily and stocked. I love being able to make dinner reservations with the app. Overall a fantastic experience.

I was expecting a lot nicer of a resort for what we paid for. Food wasn’t very good and some of the bartenders were quite rude (especially at the martini bar). The property was clean and the rooms were decent

The time share portion that was optional and the free gift afterwards seemed like a scam as we were charged anyways… other than that it was amazing

Our first room was extremely run down. Phone was falling off the wall, shower leaked through the wall into the rest of the bathroom, sliding door detached from the wall. We were able to move day 2 to a newer building which was nice. We stopped to talk to a concierge about our VIP status and they had no idea what we were talking about. Dismissed us and said there was no beach club, no spa credit, even after showing my confirmation.
