Everything was excellent the only thing I did not like is that you need little cars to move around the resort since it’s so big and they take 20 mins to pick you up. The food was delicious and the free activities were very fun. Recommend this resort 10/10.

We had a great stay! Everything was beautiful and very clean. The staff were amazing! Our only wish was that each restaurant was open everyday. Especially the main pool restaurant for lunch.

It is such a beautiful place! We enjoyed our stay very much. Please don’t leave dishes outside of your room for the coatimundis. They will break dishes and make a lot of noise. Super fun to watch though. Call or stop by the front desk if you need a ride scheduled for dinner or other plans. We will definitely come back!

We had a great time. The food was excellent and the staff was very kind. Very fun and entertaining atmosphere. We only had one issue in which our fire alarm was chirping every minute for 3 days and nights. We tried contacting the front desk, personal concierge, and other staff several times and never got the issue resolved or even looked into. Besides that, it was a beautiful vacation

Barely any vegetarian options. There are supposed to be shuttles every 20 minutes but they sometimes don't come for over 40 minutes. Shuttle drivers see you walking and avoid you when you try to flag them down. Room service doesn't have half the things available at all times upon calling, and delivery is always said to be 45 mins but took longer than 90 mins each time. I stayed for 5 nights total and I wish I didn't waste my money there. Never again. Worst customer service overall from the reception, to the shuttle drivers, to the room service/housekeeping phone operators, including bartenders and restaurant waiters. I cannot say a single nice thing about this resort from a 5 day stay. Room was dirty, not cleaned well the next day. Concierge made incorrect reservations multiple times during the stay and the restaurant was not accommodating at all. Lomas travel promises shuttle service back and forth from the airport but they are very difficult to work with. I had to pay for my own taxi even though they overbooked the shuttle. Worst experience ever. Makes me not want to travel to Mexico again due to this terrible experience.

Very friendly, accomodating, clean, room AC works beautifully, fiesta Mexicana on tuesday is a good time, the "extra" offer personal are not overly pushy, the food is good, smaller portions of food allow for sampling different dishes, alcoholic are good and plentiful, late night cravings no worries 24 hr room service, they offer over a dozen pools, I got a massage with Felipe (i love deep massages and he delivered) overall a very nice place to relax, eat, drink.

This resort is so far the best we have been. The restaurants are amazing. Good alcoholic brands. The staff is very friendly. A lot of entertainments. We love D’Italia restaurant and Santa Fe. Can’t wait to be back there. ❤️

Far exceeded my expectations. I planned on doing some swim training and this resort was perfect because of all the channels of water connecting endless beautiful pools. Fun for those not swimming too, to be able to wade around the water endlessly throughout the resort. We were impressed at how clean and well kept the resort was, the cleaning and maintenance staff were always seen working tirelessly, cleaning up rooms, common areas or even the beach. So many places to lounge around, endless beds, lounge chair and hammocks, absolutely all the staff friendly and helpful. It's true a lot of the beach is unusable but there are some nice spots as well, so definitely was able to take a dip. I loved the food/selection options and enjoyed the selection. This is the third all inclusive in Cancun I have been to but this is the one I would recommend for adults only.
