Our stay was 5 days, it was very pleasant, there were always activities for children and adults, there was always a place to eat and the food was very good in most of the sites. The space of the rooms is comfortable as well as the bathroom, although the toilets do not have water force. Lots of beautiful gardens and animals .... We recommende it

Communication was lacking upon check in and throughout the stay. Their website and expedia's said you could access all iberostar locations in the area but that is not true. You don't even have access to the entire resort we stayed at advertised as all-inclusive however that was not true you had to pay extra for some shows and certain areas of the resort and bars were only accessible if you paid extra for a membership but that was not communicated prior to booking. And the air conditioning in our room kept breaking. We would not stay at this resort again.

Beautiful resort. The staff were all amazing. We had a great time. Only issues we had was the quality of the food. My wife and kid ate something which caused them to get sick. The buffet was almost the same food everyday. All buffets are outdoor type. We had some issues with our A/C.

We didnt enjoy 1 day of our 5 day vacation there staff was the worst starting with us checking in and to our last day ! We do not recommend this place at all! Theres no AC in the food places our AC went out in our room they did fix it after 3 phone calls. Most of the staff was really rude and sometimew even ignore when your trying to get transportation.

This was my worse vacation we had !! Really disappointed with ALL staff not treating us like they should have. All of our 8 family members didn’t not have a good time. We do not recommend this place !

We didn't like the check in. It took a long time to get our rooms and we reserved 3 .some staff where very rude, they wouldnt clean the room until like 4 Pm and room were dirty,AC not working well on 2 of the Rooms which we couldn't rest specifically . Worst resort we stayed .But some staff where very nice. Which we appreciate

Nice property Air conditioners in rooms are a little lacking. We had 4 rooms with our group and 3 were not what we consider cool but it is tropical and we get that. But otherwise perfect

That you can’t control the ac temp, the motion sensoring that turned the ac off while I’m trying to sleep. WiFi was good, food was good. The pool temperature is unacceptable, there needs to be more shady areas to cool off
