Our stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise was amazing! From the moment we walked into the resort we were treated well. The staff at the front desk was amazing and helped us change our rooms to El Beso suites. Greydi and the other lady at the front desk were super helpful and we appreciated it. Our personal concierge Maria was amazing when it came to booking dinner reservations. We had a group of 5 and she was able to get us into all of the different restaurants available! Maria went above and beyond with the help and made our experience personable. We were also very lucky to meet this wonderful event entertainer Jessica. She is amazing at her job and keeping the crowd entertained! She made our evening entertainment so much more fun! The food choices were great. A lot of different choices and cuisines. Our favourite was the Mexican restaurant, but each resturant had an aspect we loved. If we could, we would go to each resturant every day for the specific course we enjoyed the most. The buffet was great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would recommend this resort to anyone.

The front desk was rude when I arrived, the app didn't work so I could never get room service (not to mention it's an extra charge if before 11am) and my room phone rarely worked so if I needed anything I had to walk 10 mins to the front. I live in Playa, so it was an extremely disappointing, expensive vacation. The food was not always fresh and or not filled regularly and there aren't many places to eat during the day except the buffet. They need way more options. I would not recommend this "resort" to anyone.

My family and I have visited this property several times and it was always a wonderful experience, however last week during our week stay we discovered roaches at the buffet one day, the following day we had dinner at Margarita restaurant and saw roaches coming down on the wall. Both time this was brought up to management, not sure what the action to correct this problem was. On another note, we found the buffet not having many variations of food, it was the same menu each day of the week during lunch and dinner. The staff is however very friendly and always willing to assist as much as they can, exceptional staff.

I stayed at all adult section. The property is beautiful, however, there are few things they could improve: 1) not all staff know whats going on. I was bounced back and forth to front desk to get a towel card, despite i was also told my receptionist adult section is exclusive, and does not need towel card. 2) the mini bar has only 2 beer with limited selection of beverages. 3) not all food are inclusive, some alcoholic beverages at restaurants require fees 4) the male staff at pool section declines helping me to open umbrella. 5) at 6:45am, the bellboy knocked me on door and asked me if i wanted to give luggage to him. The check out time is 12pm, is it really necessary to wake me up at 6:45am?…

Overally everything was great. Our two last nights however some peoples were making loud noise after midnight until after 3am. If the menu of the restaurants can be updated more frequently it would be even better.

The entertainment was horrible barely anything to do. The food was terrible its always the same thing. Its an all inclusive resort but you need to pay for certain activities which makes no sense. I was deceived with the amazing reviews on google but honestly i dont think i would return. It was very very very boring especially in the evening with nothing to do other than sit at the lobby and people watch.
