The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff, especially Lisandro (Guest Concierge), went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We were a family of four- two adults and two children (ages 4, 7). Overall, it was a great experience, the kids loved it. The kids club staff were amazing and had so many activities planned for the kids. They couldn't wait for drop off at 9:30 every morning. The club is only open from 9:30-12pm, then 2:30pm -4 pm. The water park was also great. The room was cleaned everyday, if that’s what you wanted. The fridge was also restocked everyday. They only gave two beers per day along with two small kiddie milks. Upon asking the person if we could have two additional milks then told us they couldn’t. That was a bit ridiculous. We didn’t receive any refill for two days afterwards, coincidence, who knows. We complained to the front desk on the third day and received only two of each again. This was the only negative in our trip. There was a variety of food options everyday. Kids loved eating there (picky eaters). The reservation restaurants were great. We went to the Italian and steakhouse. Highly recommend both. We also did the Mayan experience dinner and show on Saturday. The show was amazing. The kids absolutely loved it. The food provided was an experience of its self. They served the kids chicken tenders and fries. The adult menu was a variety of dishes paired with wine and tequila. Highly recommend.

Coffee bar sucked and always a huge wait time. Buffet was small and small variety. Juice bar was always empty and not freshly squeezed. Liquor was the cheapest you can find unless you had the vip privilege package. Kids water park had low water pressure so the kids barely make it down the slides without pulling themselves down. Kids club wasn’t the best either. The pavers all around the property are all uneven and everyone is tripping all over the place. Beach was great. Staff was average.

The staff was really friendly. The property was clean and had a variety of activities. It was a kid friendly resort but also had adults-only dining options. I enjoyed the variety in restaurants but you definitely need to make reservations. The live cooking show was my absolute favorite (The chicken was a highlight). Highly recommend it. Jazmin at the spa was great and Hector at Eden Pool. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Our stay at this resort was great. The staff was excellent. From the moment we arrived the front desk staff was amazing & accommodating. Aylin made our stay the best stay we could have asked for, top tier hospitality & service throughout our stay up until our departure. Cesar from the front desk also great. Will definitely return to this resort & looking forward to visiting another H10 property in the future.

The receiving stuff is very welcoming and they established a WhatsApp channel of communication that worked well to reserve restaurants, bell boy to pick luggage’s at check out etc. The rest of stuff isn’t very friendly, the structure is very run down and not very clean. Food is quite below average and restaurants are very small so if you don’t make a reservation (even for the ones that don’t require a reservation) you will eat at the Buffett everyday. AC in the Room are very loud, and the hot tub on the balcony didn’t work. The Buffett area is full of birds that will defecate on chairs and tables. The sport bar had a roof leak and it would essentially rain inside the bar. These are just few of the things but I would never stay there again.

Large and well maintained hotel with beach access and multiple pools. Our room was quite spacious and the amenities were in line with our expectations. The dining options were quite good and we enjoyed every meal we had. The only con was that the bathrooms were a bit old and were not very clean. The rooftop jacuzzi in our room was old and chipped and had dirt/hair when we arrived.

We had a fantastic stay here. The food was very good for an all-inclusive with a number of nice/varied restaurants, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the pools/pooldecks/beach/grounds were all immaculately maintained, the rooms were clean and comfortable with responsive housekeeping, and there was a great variety of facilities and activities. No complaints at all!

Overall, beautiful property with nice pools and a wide selection of dining options. Management went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our stay. Juan from the timeshare aspect of the property was delightful and so kind to us. The only negative thing I have to say is about the spa. My partner and I had massages booked through the timeshare deal and second massage booked through a management coupon and both times we were not given the same hospitality as other hotel guests. Maybe because we weren’t paying out of pocket for the massages, the one woman at the front Anastasia refused to provide a locker for our belongings both times yet other guests were provided lockers. They have you fill out a survey after the massage and I would have given them a 1 star rating for each question asked but did not because I felt bad for the masseuse although we were not welcomed the same way as others, were not offered a welcome drink and were refused a locker both times. Aside from the spa, the rest of the resort and service was on par and we would return to this resort in the future.

The property was stunning and exceeded my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the numerous amenities offered. While there were some minor drawbacks, the positive aspects far outweighed them. We opted for the Privileged Package, which granted access to exclusive features such as a private pool, restaurant, and butler service. Our butler was attentive and responsive to our needs, though there were occasional delays when he was off-property. The dining options were exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious cuisine. However, I did encounter an issue with roaches in two of the restaurants, including an incident where one jumped on me. Although this was unsettling, the staff handled the situation professionally, upgrading my dining options as a gesture of goodwill. Despite this, my overall experience was highly enjoyable. The staff’s friendliness and attentiveness truly stood out, and there was always something to do, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere where it was easy to connect with other guests. I would rate my stay a 9/10 and would gladly return, understanding that occasional issues can arise.
