Room smelled like glade plug in. Bad odor. Strong. Floors so dirty in room they were sticky. Rooms very tired.

Iā€™ve stay at the Sawgrass Marriott three times this year and love the property! The staff is very accommodating and Mark in the lobby bar is THE BEST! My only complaint about this visit was the lack of hot water in the showerā€¦(yes, we reported it to the front desk). Luckily, we went to the beach club most days and werenā€™t terribly worried about going out at night! Overall, a great place to stay when in Ponte Vedra!

Hotel and Staff very pleasant. Stayed in a Villa, very spacious. Just needs some updating. Our trip was great and we will come back to this hotel.
