I was a little skeptical when I pulled up to the property. It's definitely older and doesn't look amazing from the outside. Because the hallway I was on was completely open on one end, it seemed damp and had a weird smell. But the interior of the room was fantastic. Completely redone. I was shocked how different it looked compared to the outside. Beautiful floors, nice kitchen and comfy beds. The pool and deck area was nice. Tiki bar had good food and the bartenders were great! A little bit surprised that it closed at 10pm even on the weekend, but not an issue. The view of the sunset from the room balcony was incredible. I definitely stay here again.

The layout and room itself was fine, there is a kitchen and a balcony. Our biggest problem was noise. The walls are very thin, you can hear every step being taken by your neighbors next to you and especially above you. There’s a little beach across the bay where people party all night long and blast music, it really carries across the water. We couldn’t sleep during our stay. Also fair warning about the smell during low tide. I’m from Florida so I’m familiar with this, but for tourists looking for a romantic getaway, just know it smells like dead fish and rotten eggs being baked by the sun, for a good portion of every day.

Good location and nice view, but property in disrepair. Stucco was missing from large portion of exterior wall. Beds and couches extremely uncomfortable. Moldy smell permeates the interior and outside marijuana smell from other guests was overpowering.

I love the location. Close to airport, on Tampa Bay. Beautiful property with the water view. The food options are good and if you want fancier, there is a restaurant within walking distance. Bath and Body bathroom items. Some of the units needs improvements. This last one the bathroom was stained, the tub coating was all peeling off. Carpet stained and the couch was worn and uncomfortable.

I enjoyed staying here, I loved the view, pool, fire pit, sand area, and all other amenities included. One thing I cannot get over is the way my room smelled. It smelled musty, almost moldy, and there were stains all over the carpeting. Definitely not appealing, as well as the furniture could use updating. Overall the view is spectacular, and they have pretty nice amenities.

The elevator is ancient and takes 10 minutes to come. The pull out couch is extremely uncomfortable. They did not clean our room the entire stay of 5 days. There is no beach access.

I love the views at this location. Pool gives awesome ocean views as well. There was no cleaning service during the stay. Rugs in the room felt and looked dirty. There were ants inside the room and i had to ask for extermination. The condition of the room was mediocre. Tub had peeling paint. There wasnt clear communication during check in process about the place. People live in some of the rooms so my 1st night was horrible as the upstairs tenant decided to move funiture at 3am. After i lodged a complaint it didnt happen again.

Room was clean and had a nice kitchen and good view. Room had a lot of storage and would have been good for long term stay. Room smelled strongly of mildew which lessened by the second day but was still there. Smelled like weed the following day. Outdoors on balcony and in immediate surroundings there was a strong sewage smell. Breakfast not available until 8:30 am so don't plan on eating at hotel if you are an early riser unless you make it in your room. Very close to some nice restaurants and in close proximity to the Tampa Airport. Hotel also has plenty of parking. All in all it was an okay stay but probably would not revisit.
