Our flight got delayed and we were 3hours late. When we arrived, it was already 1:50am and we were afraid we wouldnt be able to check in, but to our surprise, the frontdesk was still open. Really appreciate it. In the morning, you can see the hard working staff in the hallways.

Convenient to SFO
We stayed at this hotel before and after our flight at SFO. Convenient location. Our room at the beginning of our trip was great. Clean and in good working order. However the room we had at the end of our trip was a bit run down and several of the towels had pieces that were shredded. This lack of attention to detail made me feel that the cleanliness of the room also couldn’t be counted on.
