I chose this place because I know that Holiday Inn is known to be good for their hotels. I liked how convenient it was to just walk to Japantown and other nearby areas. The location that it was in was really good and I felt really safe. For the price, I'd definitely say it was worth it since my girlfriend & I stayed for 4 nights. Some things that I didn't like: Right when my girlfriend and I arrived at 3:15PM, we were told at the front desk that our king size room wasn't going to be available to us for another hour. We had to grab our luggage and park our car and wait until our room was ready. When trying to enter the parking garage, the card that the front desk gave me wasn't working. I had to insert it over 25 times in the same correct direction and then it finally worked, and this was for every time we entered the parking garage throughout our stay. When using the bathroom in my hotel room, the sink was scorching hot and when I turned it to the cold setting, it would take about 2 minutes for it to turn cold which was an inconvenience since I'm just standing there waiting for the water to cool down. I didn't like how each room doesn't have their own microwave. I was on the 12th floor which isn't too far but it was an inconvenience to take the elevator all the way down and then go all the way back up to my room. The wait time for the elevator was long at times too which there's 5. When checking out, we noticed that the bed sheets were ripped which shows unprofessionalism.
