It was a quick layover as we traveled further into Mexico by car. It’s a beautiful hotel inside and out. The room was really pretty and the bed was comfy. The staff was very nice and the parking was free.

Viajamos en familia y alquilamos 2 habitaciones, a todos nos gustó mucho el hotel; sobre todo, la excelente atención por parte de todo el staff. Es muy importante que todas las habitaciones cuenten con piso, pues las alfombras que están instadas están deterioradas y manchadas.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las instalaciones no son malas pero ya está viejo y un poco descuidado. La alfombra del cuarto estaba exageradamente sucia, no había manera que se pisara sin zapatos o sandalias. Todo lo demás está promedio creo que es un buen hotel solo está muy descuidado.

Nice property with a beautiful building and gardens, you can enjoy the patio in a relax atmosphere, feeling safe and secure. My only recommendation will be to change the carpets, at lease the one in my room was too old and feel dirty.

Un hotel supuestamente de 5 estrellas con experiencia de uno de 2 estrellas. Es un hotel viejo, las habitaciones tienen alfombras viejísimas y percudidas como no tienen idea, es bastante asqueroso, tome fotos pero no se pueden poner fotos, el baño también está viejo y la puerta de la ducha no cerraba bien, al parecer te cuentan las botellas de agua, no hicieron la habitación el primer día y al preguntar me contestaron que no les dije, en serio? Ni siquiera ponen los cartones de las manijas de las puertas que dice no molestar o favor de hacer la habitación. La alberca no la calientan por lo que está de adorno. Definitivamente hay más hoteles con menos estrellas pero mas categoría y mucho mas baratos.
