Overall a good stay. The property is well maintained except the bathroom fixtures need replacing they were shaking when you turn them. The location is great but I was hit with a $33 parking fee which I guess I missed on the website . $33 is a little steep for a hotel overnight park ( not like we are in manhattan or at a ballgame or concert) . Also the receptionist didn’t give us our welcome cookies and we didn’t realize until we were in our rooms and undress. But the hotel is clean, quiet and I had a wonderful view from the 18th floor.

Disappointing
I agreed to cover an incidental deposit of $300 for another room. They charged me for everything. $1500+ Only agreed to cover deposit. So, I have to act like a bill collector to get my funds. They even allowed charges to my room. They saw receipt. It had my name written in without a signature.
Size of a silver dollar. I had never seen a roach that big.

This was my second time staying here first time I loved it so much I came back again but was not treated the same as the first my first stay they have me half off on the parking this time around they claimed they don’t own the lot and that they can not do that smh how u not own the lot but are the ones that are accepting the payment not a third party company did not like my interaction with the front desk also manager was no help all i know is I will not be staying here again
