The stay was mediocre because the hospitality of the staff was horrible. The front desk was consistently rude when approached and other members of the staff were scarce and didn’t even acknowledge other guests. The hotel needs some upgrades but it was comfortable and fit our needs for the stay.

Very nice hotel, really clean room and facilities. The staff were efficient and friendly. The room was nice and spacious. The shower would be better if it had a handheld option. My main complaint is the name of the hotel. It is on US 1, and not really downtown. It is a good 20-minute walk to the area with the historical sights, quaint shops and restaurants. The name should be changed.

The room was clean and was in walking distance to downtown St Augie. The only problem was the pillows too soft so it took awhile to sleep and the shower was very slick surface so hold on. Over all I would stay there again

Not very accomodating
Nice hotel - except one of the beds was broken so it squeaked all night. The couch bed was bent, so my son slept on a banana, and the shower was super slippery. The major problem we had was trying to check in. We received many mixed messages - early check in was available, then it wasn't; check in is at 3pm - oops, no it really is at 4pm. We travelled a long distance and needed a place to rest and put our things before heading out to do the touristy things. Our autistic son was horrible when he found out he couldn't check in and rest from the travel - even after we were told early check in was okay (we arrived at 2:30pm). Did not make for a very fun vacation.
