Easy access to the city. Tram stop almost directly out front of hotel. Quiet place. Request rm 228 if staying there, in the corner no rooms next to away from front of hotel.

Accommodation was fine but I left my phone charger there unfortunately, and was told after checking out at 1000, and calling within 2 hours of leaving , that the room already had been let out and serviced, and nothing was left in the room. I am very disappointed as I did not have the charger, and knew it was left in the room.

Has to get my door card re done twice because they didn’t set it up properly so I couldn't actually get into my room. Annoying but not the end of the world. Was reasonably clean and quiet although you could hear doors banging in the halls. Staff were polite and helpful.

It just wasn’t in a place convenient as we thought it would be. Bring senior cits we really needed to drive everywhere as most things are just a bit too far. You need to spend money on a myki card to use the trams and we would have been left with an unneeded credit. Jay at reception was always helpful. The room was large enough and quiet, but spartan.
