Overall the stay was ok, it's to no fault of the business but it constantly smelled like either weed or cigarettes the moment you would step outside, and even sometimes in the room. However to the fault of the business, the floors had been completely uncleaned and for the whole trip left a completely black residue on our feet/shoes/socks anytime we walked on the floor. At one point we even used a towel and scooted across the floor and it was totally black. Theyre also extremely strict about their 11oclock checkout time seeing as the deactivated our room keys AND tried to get into our room at 11am sharp while my wife and I were still in bed. Will not be returning

Disgusting, do NOT stay here! Thick overwhelming cigarette smoke smelling room that I had to be switched to what they said was a remodeled room that smelled like mold or weed, but was told that it was newly paint smell. The remodeled room also had debris of some sort on the bedding that we had to brush off, and spiderwebs in the ceiling corners. We would have left and stayed elsewhere but surrounding hotels were fully booked and it was almost midnight when we checked in so no other choice.

The room was clean but smelled like cigarette smoke. We are not smokers so can smell it right away. The housekeepers were walking around smoking so we think it was from them. We were also charged $100 incidental fee instead of it just being a hold. Didn't quite understand that. Was told it would be 3 to 5 days to have it refunded. There was no hot breakfast just waffles and pastries.

The hotel was extremely dirty. Had bugs crawling on the floor. The common stairways of the hotel was disgustingly dirty. I know, you get what you pay for, but it shouldn’t be dirty.

the floors made my socks black after literally two minutes… everything was disgusting! the floors were sticky, bed felt dirty, just had a very uneasy vibe to the whole place. i’m trying to contact customer service regarding my stay but cannot find out how… i have photos and a video!

We stayed for one evening. The staff was curteous and helpful. The front desk was clean and inviting, as well as the breakfast area. The rooms were nice and very clean minus normal wear and tear. The grounds were dirty, garbage on the ground in many areas.
