What wasn't to love? I looked out the window and was slightly shocked to see an airport right out the window...but it wasn't noisy! The property was nice, the breakfast was great, the pool was great, the view of the planes taking off was awesome. I am staying here again!! This was perfect!! Location was everything as well.

Convenient to the airport. The pool area is lovely. The room was good. Bed comfortable, bathroom was fine. Breakfast was pretty good. All around a decent place. Can get a bit noisy from the planes.

The first and only time
Shannon was a very nice person who checked us in. The person in the morning was not as pleasant. The pool was nice and the hours of availability were great . The hotel had no water due to an unexpected outside main water pipe broke. The water came on a few hours later. My husband stated the whirlpool was nice. When I went out to use it a man had taken a bath in , therefore couldn’t use it.The breakfast was not very good. The fruit was bad, juice undrinkable, and the stuff that was to be hot weren’t. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The staff here is excellent, but our 4 night stay at this hotel got cut down to 1 night. After the first night, when we tried to go downstairs the next morning there was a note on the elevator stating it was out of service. I have a teenage in a wheelchair so I had to carry her downstairs. Luckily the staff saw us right away on the camera and came upstairs to help. We left for the day and when we came back they moved us to a first floor room due to the elevator still not working. The room they moved us to, the AC was not cooling and was leaking, there was a big puddle under it. They moved us to a 3rd room but the AC was not functioning properly in that room either. In addition to that there was no water. Apparently what happened was a pipe in the wall busted & flooded the elevator. At 830pm there was still no water, so we checked out. I do feel it was just an unfortunate circumstance that happened while we were there, but through it all the staff was very pleasant, patient and nice. They definitely get a 5 star review for the staff’s attitude and efforts.

From check in to check out, it was a fantastic stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good also. The room was very clean and well appointed. If you need lights in your room, don't worry about it. There are 4 lamps in the room, two sets of recessed lighting (one over the desk and one over the bed). Then there are two in the shower area and one over the sink. Even though it is right behind an airport, there was very little airplane noise and only if you were really listening for it. Pool, hot tub and deck area is well maintained My room only had a shower, no bathtub. Not sure if all the rooms only have a shower. The only downside is the parking lot. Very small and hard to maneuver, especially if there are cars at the hotel entrance. I would definitely recommend staying here.
