Enjoy the beauty of Nittany Valley (the home is situated on 15 pristine acres) while you are only 27 minutes to the Penn State Campus, Beaver Stadium, the Bryce Jordan Center, and Medlar Field at Lobrano Park-the State College Spikes Minor League Baseball Stadium.
It is also a great home base for other Center County attractions like the Grange Fair, Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts, or summer vacations in close proximity to the Bald Eagle State Park and Foster Sayers Lake, Penn’s Cave and Wildlife preserve, and Woodward Cave only minutes away-not hours!
For Fly Fishermen and Hunters, Spring Creek, Penn’s Creek, and the Bald Eagle Creek, have some of the best Trout Fishing anywhere. For Hunting season, deer, turkey, and bear are plentiful and some are record breakers.

Great Racecation Location
My family headed to Bellefonte for a nice, big place to stay for the Ironman 70.3 Happy Valley race. It was a great location between the swim start and the university where the Ironman village and finish line were located. The house was decorated great and was very cozy with lots of places to sit and relax. We loved the corn hole set out back! Well stocked kitchen to cook our various meals. Air conditioner units keep the house very comfortable. Our only tough spot was that we thought we had enough beds for our whole family, so a minor hiccup when the two kids had to sleep on cots in the office room. We would definitely stay here again!

Just beautiful & very clean!
This was the perfect house for our large family. We were there for our daughters graduation from PSU. Location was about 20 minutes away, but it worked out perfectly for us. The house was truly amazing. Had everything we needed and the location is just spectacular. I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect PSU trip!
Our group stayed at this property to attend a Penn State football game. We wished we had another day or two to relax at the house afterwards! We especially loved the game room and hot tub. Excellent communication from the owners too. We highly recommend!

Fantastic Rental Property
Took some friends to a PSU game and stayed at this wonderful home. Very comfortable, inviting and exceptionally clean . Make sure to visit nearby Goot Essa Cheese (ask for a tour of their cellars), and Hublersburg Inn restaurant. We will definitely stay here again.

Just perfect!
We enjoyed this house immensely! Spotless, comfortable furnishings and plenty of room for our large group. Kitchen is well equipped and spacious. Loved the upstairs game room and hanging out in the backyard with the fire pit playing corn hole. Ate breakfast on the covered back patio listening to the birds. Beautiful location and property!

Staying at this property has been the best of camping in the Poconos yet! The house is very welcoming, nicely cleaned, and offers everything for an enjoyable stay. Though I have to mention that the location listed is inaccurate. Don’t hesitate to contact the owners as they are very pleasing and will not leave you unsatisfied.

Penn State Graduation
This home was the perfect setting for extended family Penn State Graduation. We also hosted a bbq one night for 3 other families. Even though it rained the back porch had a great overhang to keep dry while cooking. The large open living area was perfect for entreating and there about 25 of us. Highly recommend and only 25 minutes from down town State College. We were able to avoid all the crowded restaurants.

Peaceful Retreat
There are so many positive points about this property. First and foremost are the hosts who truly care about hospitality and people. The house is just as advertised with plenty of spacious rooms, and seating for a large group. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. Our family enjoyed spotting deer in the woods and spending evenings by the firepit. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay again in the summer.
