While the staff tried their best, they can’t make up for the fact that this hotel is in an unfinished location with electrical cords run along the street to power it. The room we had was basic. No mini fridge, no chair and nowhere to store clothes. Safe was inconveniently located on the ground. They did deliver a mini fridge upon request and tried their best but they don’t have a lot to with with in this location. On the plus side, it was quiet at night.

The property has stunning architecture. The rooms are poorly laid out. There wasn't room for a chair in the room nor coffee or tea. They were literally beautiful boxes. I also had a problem with my reservation. Despite calling and confirming a change, upon check-in they charged me for days that I was not there.

Where do I begin... from start to finish this property was a great experience. It is indeed beautiful and located close to the main strip of dining and beach clubs. I highly recommend staying here. The staff is super friendly and happy to accommodate or make recommendations around town. The rooms are super clean and the AC's WORK. Breakfast was included as well.

I cant say enough about this place waking up to the sounds of beautiful birds surrounded by jungle this place really incoporates what tulum.is in its design makes you feel at peace! Not o mention the i credible staff and their attention to detail the did everything in their power to make me feel at home! Thank you to the manager Abel for never being to busy to acommodate any requests!

La atención del personal es excelente, muy amables y anticipados a cualquier necesidad. La comida es deliciosa, el chef se personalizó para platicarnos de algunos platillos, !estos son verdaderamente llenadores! La alberca está como en las fotos, grande, limpia y con ese azul hermoso. Además, en la terraza del medio hay 2 albercas más pequeñas y eso permite mayor privacidad, !nos encantó! La habitación es amplia así como el baño. La cama es súper cómoda. Tenía un balcón muy espacioso y con excelente vista. En general, todas las áreas del hotel son muy limpias y hay ubicación estratégica de regaderas, toallas; el restaurante siempre con un incienso muy agradable... Sin lugar a dudas volveremos pronto. Recomendación: Buscar la ubicación por GPS en la app Waze y sin problema llegarás muy rápido :)

This hotel is far from being finished. I was supposed to be there for a week but cut our stay short due to the hotel not having electricity or running water on NYE and continued to the rest of the day the next day..Throughout the 5 days there was multiple periods of power outages and no water. The staff was mainly friendly, although had to ask for thing a few times, and sometimes felt like the requests were forgotten about. The manager who dealt with our refund was back and fourth with corporate and the first few options he presented weren't adequate, we had to push and push for something that was acceptable. I would say the Chef Davido was the best part of the hotel, he's a gem and catered to some of the groups dietary restrictions and whipped up some meals on the fly to accomadate. Overall, I won't be staying at this place again in the near future, I would say they are 6 months to a year to being complete and working out all their kinks. Felt like they opened early to capitalize on the holiday rush.
