Staff were lovely don't get me wrong, we requested a plug for the bath a number of times only once did a plug come but it was for a sink so didnt fit. It was safe to say no bath was taken

It was great being so close to the Airport meaning from getting our luggage to checking in after a short Uber ride was nice and fast so we could unwind after the flight. Public transport into Auckland central seemed to involve multiple busses and ended up being a long journey. Coming back we got a train to Otahuhu and an uber from there which was easy. The Hotel was very night with a nice garden area around the pool with comfortable seating to eat or have a drink outdoors. The room facilities were very good - Its not a brand new high rise but the bed was great, very good TV and the bathroom comfortable and clean. I'd definitely stay here again - We went to a concert on the evening we arrived so being close to Mt Smart/Go Media stadium was very handy.

Awesome stay, though short. We stayed close to the airport to give us an extra hour's sleep in. Treated to an upgrade with free breakfast and pre-dinner drink each in the bar for no apparent reason. We were thoroughly thrilled and will definitely stay with them again next time we take a red-eye flight.

The Hotel location and price was good for us, suiting our needs perfectly. But the buffet dinner was terrible. $45 per person for a very limited and only luke warm selection. Soup was just warm, veggies limited and also luke warm. Meat dishes were bland and again, luke warm. Our buffet breakfasts were a little better, but sadly our food experiences took the shine off our hotel stay. Would stay at the Hotel again, but would dine elsewhere.

Hotel was within close drive to the airport as I was meeting husband late at night from flight from Singapore. Check in was slow with a long queue and I was 3rd in line (3 more behind)with one check in receptionist. Buffet dinner and breakfast not particularly hot but good selection.

Stay was very good. Just hard trying to get a receipt for expenditure incurred during my stay. I was told it had been emailed. I did not receive it and can’t get anybody to assist. I have sent a message but have not heard back.

Staff were amazing and culturally appropriate. However if there was a rating for value for money I would give them a 2 star, room and meals were disappointing. Very basic for the price I paid.

Everything was great, cosy and comfy. Only problem we had was finding a pair of socks under the chair, no bath or shower towels to shower as the towels were only the size of the towels you place on the floor and not enough towels for the 4 of us. But overall was a good overnight stay.
