The room was very tiered with the bathroom looking stained and dirty. I was reluctant to se the shower or bath facilities. It seems a classic case of dealing with a captive audience given the location to the airport, with little or no ongoing maintenance. The breakfast was very limited again dealing for the masses at the least cost. Given the well known name of the owning chain, it was very disappointing. I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel.

I wouldn’t class it as a hotel, more of a motel, not what we expected in any way shape or form. No restaurant facilities, no chairs to sit on at breakfast as it was busy. Room was filthy, staff were non existent most of the time and really slow when they were about. Not easy to find somewhere to eat, unless you want a Subway. There is a very expensive restaurant across the road called Union but you need to book. Wouldn’t stay there again or recommend.

Hotel is very outdated needs repainting and new furniture . The convenience of the hotel was one reason why we picked this hotel we also picked because the suite description it said jacuzzi tub , but there was no jacuzzi tub just a big tub ; chairs were old in the room material coming off chairs Staff was friendly and efficient

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. All of the elevators were broken. The curtains in the room did not close/cover all the windows. There was black mould on the lamps and walls and the sheets were dirty and wrinkled. Definitely not clean fresh sheets. Pay a little bit more to stay anywhere else. Yuck

My room had holes in wall, sink water wouldnt go down, tub had huge pealed paint patches, electrical outlets were noneworking except for the tv and refrigerator socket. No heat, wall unit only blew cold air and it was a chilli night that called for HEAT. FRONT DESK WAS OF NO ASSISTANCE. Im not even gone expond on the food

This is a place to stay only if you are desperate and for no more than one quick night. It is basically an old Motel. Everything including the building is rundown. I would not pay over $100 for your stay. Free breakfast is only good from 6-9 am but I most likely wouldn’t eat there anyway.

Go some place else
I booked a room with a view, they did not honor that. My room had an adjoining door with a family with a baby. I asked to move as I worked late and sleep late. The desk help asked why I explained they told me they would ask the room to keep the baby quiet???? I said no please move me so they gave me a room next to the elevator. Wow that helps. The night time temperature in Fl was 38 deg and the room did not have heat.
