Brilliant location and the staff are top notch but the hotel is a little tired and could do with a freshen up but it’s very clean. There is a kebab shop next to the hotel that was next to my room and my mum was in the room next door. The noise started at 1am until 4am. Couldn’t sleep so if you book a room ask that’s it’s not next to the kebab shop. Breakfast was really good!

The receptionist, Dom, was lovely and so accommodating to me and my friends. Everyone working was amicable and friendly and really made our stay feel better! The room we were staying was also very clean and spacious. Can't recommend it enough!

Beautiful view and fantastic location
Great historic hotel with modern amenity. We had a beautiful view of the ocean an a large spacious room. You can’t beat this location, it was excellent. We stayed here with our two adult children in a family size room and had plenty of room. Beautiful hotel, we would for sure stay again.

This is a lovely sea front hotel and would be my first choice for another stay in Brighton. What a lovely location! And NOT part of a soulless chain. I couldn't open my bedroom window but they managed to change my room next day to one where I could open it; they are in the process of refurbishing the windows. Everything was spotless, rooms very well appointed. Very popular and busy hotel, great breakfast. much appreciated. Excellent value.

It’s great to stay on the seafront in Brighton but you need to be prepared for the side effects of being in a party city - people going home noisily from the pubs at 2 in the morning Still worth it for the location , we’ll be back

The hotel itself was good the room very well serviced and cleaned. I was in room 316, over the road from the hotel there is a nighclub and noise from customers could be heard from 1pm - 4pm. It did keep me wake. Suggest you bring earplugs. Management offered me a discount for my next stay. I would stay again but not in 316. The hotel is in a great location.
