This is a dump! Booked online when I got there, I had to pay extra for 1st floor room as that is an upgrade as I have a bad knee and parking is right outside room. That was why I booked here. Late arrival easy access NOPE extra charge for the air to hardly worked and smelled. Activity all night in parking lot, shady I was afraid to leave my car alone! The highway is right there and load sirens, exhaust etc. the door has a two inch gap under it and the outside peaks right in and whatever else wants to crawl under it. My skin broke out in little bumps from dirtiness, I felt the room smelt like dog poo, my husband woke up to thinking it was sewer! Could see Disney fire works a little but nothing Disney I just say that cause they show pics of it.

Walls are paper thin.
Overall the motel itself was fine. Room was clean, beds were comfy. But…. The walls are paper thin. The guys next to us were so loud and the people above us walked around all night long. After calling the front desk to complain we were finally able to fall asleep at 2:30 am. Having to get up at 5am made for a rough day. The second night we stayed I got some ear plugs and was able to fall asleep easier despite the people above us walking around all night long again. My suggestion is to request a room on the second floor. I would stay here again as long as I was guaranteed an upstairs room.

Excellent stay. Room was warm upon arrival but it’s summer and the ac was off so a quick start of the ac fixed that right up. Staff at checking was nice and helpful. There is a $100 deposit along with the room fees and taxes. I paid cash and upon check out, a quick check of the room and I had the money back in hand. We stayed to be near Disneyland and it was only a 5 minute drive to Mickey and Friends parking structure. Room was good for the price. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, ironing board and iron, good lighting , an TV and there is a working ice machine on sight. Plus a liquor store right around the corner is super convenient. I believe we have found our place to always stay when visiting town for Disneyland.

Ms.Norma at the front desk was very helpful and nice during check in, as well as the young lady who helped us check out. Rest of the staff was nice too. Room was great for us. We were there for vidcon and it was 10mins from convention center. Great view of disneys firework show. Clean, easy to find and quiet/safe, And perfect for our stay. We booked a queen double for 5 days.

Arrived at the hotel earlier than the check in time and had no issues checking in early! This was extremely nice after a long drive. Room was clean and well taken care of. The amount of outlets with USB was awesome. Between my phone, portable batteries and magic band I never had to worry about not charging anything to ensure something else was charged. This was an easy walk to Disneyland, 25 minute max walk. They also allowed us to remain parked on site on day of checkout while we visited the parks. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was pretty comfortable and clean. Convenient location to Disneyland -walkable, about 20 minutes, or close to an Orange County bus stop OCTA ($2.00 per person fare). Information the front desk gave us at first about the bus line that stops by the hotel wasn't for OCTA, so that confused us, but we figured it out. If you time your depature from Disneyland right, then you don't have to wait too long for the bus. Since it is north of Disneyland, the fireworks are REALLY loud - so plan on that if you're at the property with small children trying to sleep.

Staff and the room were great. I stay at a lot of hotels around the area because we visit Disney frequently. Staff was really helpful our room didn’t have a microwave or fridge which I was confused because it showed in the picture there was. But the front desk said it depends what room you pay for so he gave me the price and let us move rooms. I was really happy about that. Overall stay was preety good then I expected.
