Rooms were big. We had a room with a bunk bed and a room with a kitchen. Lots of space for luggage, kids play time, adults to hang out. Very convenient location with options for food around the area and grocery shopping (Walgreens) if you need to get anything for snacks or necessities. It’s a short 10-15minute walk to Disney. Highly recommend for Disney accommodations.

Just terrible.
This hotel had our Air Conditioner locked at 70 degrees the whole trip. I called as soon as we got in the room and again several hours later. They just offered us a fan. For $300 per night I don’t want to sleep with a fan. The sink was also clogged and with multiple calls was never resolved. We got a $50 credit for the discomfort of the trip after we checked out. I will never stay here again.

The only positive to this hotel was distance to Disneyland. The staff was incompetent, the property was dirty, loud traffic in the room, the elevators did not seem safe and didn’t have the certificate in the elevator. There were homeless people all around and no security. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were worse.

The hotel was clean and attended to each day while we were out. Our only complaint is that we were in the room directly below the area where breakfast was served, so there were carts rolled and people walking around every day, starting at about 4:40. I'm just glad we didn't have small children with our group. It was very annoying to be woken up this way every day on a vacation.

Complimentary rooftop breakfast was a special added touch. Hotel was very clean and always had fresh infused water and coffee available in the lobby. Staff were friendly and very helpful with anything we had needed.

We had a great time at this hotel, the rooms are very spacious and love the one that we stayed it had a room dividing curtain! I traveled with 2 teenagers and they love that! The hotel is in a great place to walk to Disney but I think it needs some TLC (3rd floor) rooms were clean and comfortable, staff very welcoming specially breakfast staff10/10.

The rooms were in great shape but the hallways need some TLC. Carpet baseboards pulling away from the wall in multiple sections. Light fixture was missing from the wall outside our room with exposed wires hanging. The wall had new texture but hadn't been painted.
