Convenient to Disneyland and eateries, shopping. Good if you are out all day. Breakfast free however menu sugar loaded, unhealthy options. Kitchen staff very friendly and helpful. Reception staff capable not overly friendly. Good hotel if you just need place to sleep and are out all day we didn’t love it.

Not ADA compliant I checked in after 3pm and the receptionist asked me if the second floor would be okay. I replied no because I have an electric wheelchair that needs to get charged while I sleep to be ready the next day. She replies well that’s all we have is rooms on the second floor. I’m like why did you ask me if the second floor was okay then? She replied I don’t know. Then she said my room was all the way in the corner of the second floor and that I should park closer. I asked her do you have handicap parking there and she replied I don’t know. Then I said okay where is the elevator and then she we don’t have one and I am like my left knee is disabled from the 1993 Somalia combat conflict that has made me a disabled while in the Marine Corps but she was not making any effort to assist me in finding a room down stairs. I chatted with Hotels.com and they said that they could not help me and I told them to put in their hotel description that there is no elevators or if there is any elevators. I was there for 3 nights and every day I came down to the office to see if there was a room in the first floor and they kept saying no. I find that very hard to believe but I guess this is the way they are to disabled veterans and disabled civilians. I was there for D23 convention and paid close to $600 for an old hotel that is very outdated and with no elevators.

Our family of 4 stayed in one of the family suites. When we arrived my husband checked us in. He came back with his $12 parking pass and we headed to our room. As soon as we opened the door there was a big black spider running across the floor. No biggie, I stepped on it and went to use the restroom. Walk into the restroom and there was wadded up bits of toilet paper all over the floor. A nice black shoe print on the top of the toilet, and a long black hair on the shower towels. I’m immediately regretting my choice while catching flack from the family for choosing this place. There was one A/C unit for the two room family suite. That was a major let down after walking around Disneyland all day. Anyone staying in the room without the A/C was hot. They have what looked like a fan on the wall to circulate the air, but that wasn’t cutting it. There was no in room safe which their website states they have. The reservoir of our coffee maker was brown, so we didn’t even touch it. Just for fun I had to look under the bed. I found more paper all over the floor. On our second day my husband said he needed to go pay for parking. He came back pretty quick and said he was told it was included in our booking. Why we were charged the day before is beyond me. Everyone’s back hurt from the beds, including the kids. On our 3rd day at Disneyland, we packed all our stuff before going to the park. Checked out a day early and drove the 8 hours home after Disneyland, it was that miserable.

We stay here all the time. Love the hotel and the breakfast provided. There only thing I didn't like was the water pressure and lack of hot water. Water pressure was minimal and when they showered in our other bathroom it was barely there at all. Sometimes the hot water wouldn't get hot enough until we were almost done showing.

In the back parking space next to our room, there were young people hanging out two days in a row. Didn't feel safe to park the car there. We got the family suite, wish the bunk beds were not in the private room and that was the master bedroom. The hotel room felt humid. Wish our room would have had Disney pictures and bedding like it showed in the website. Wish breakfast was a bit better we stayed there 8 days and some days we had to wait for the eggs or sausage to cook. Some times the food was ready but the very polite ladies were hard working washing dishes or trying to take a quick break to eat but then that left us waiting to get there attention to get the sauge and eggs. Check-in process was great! Thank you :)

We were told housekeeping is done every two days. By the time we should have gotten the housekeepers in all they did was replace pur towels. We had gone to the beach the day prior so there was some sand in the bathroom from our bathing suits, I was hoping they would at least sweep that up for us. I would have done it myself if I had a broom. No big deal but it would have been nice to get that cleaned up at least.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and this time was disappointing. After checking in around 1am the fridge was damage the nob was broken that controlled the temperature. And the side bars were broken. Then moving to the bathroom lack of towels and the toilet paper was just terrible that I had to purchase my own. Then after leaving for the day I was expecting the room to be cleaned (like every other hotel does) but after speaking with reception they only clean them either 2 or 3 day so pretty much when you check out. It’s disappointing as they “remodel” not that long ago but I can’t tell the difference from before then. Just disappointed with their performance this time around.

Hotel was fine the first few nights staying we had loud people next-door. They constantly made noise throughout the night once they check out. It was great. It was clean. Housekeeping was OK. Kind of miss toilet paper stocking due to getting sick. We had to check out on Saturday 4/3/ one day early. If any commendation could be made would appreciate it overall I would have to say everything was good thank you!!

Lots of activity. Nice having 2 bathrooms a bunk bed and 2 queens. Our bed was sinking in the middle. Could use some better mattresses. Overall comfortable Breakfast was great!

We had a great stay, the only complaint we have is the towels were scratchy and pillows were a bit lumpy otherwise it was a great stay. AC was kind of loud but I like the white noise while sleeping. Breakfast was good too.

Close to disneyland, target store really close, restaurant nearby. Very noisy, close to apartment area, aor condition makes loud noise as well. Housekeeping every other day but they dont clean the rooms. They only change the bed linens, they don't place new tissue paper, etc. We stayed here 3x but the last stay was horrible. We won't go back to this hotel. I would rather pay extra money 300 dolllars extra to stay in a better hotel.
