The only thing is that around 9am someone knocked on the door and then opened it, I was sleeping and got scared and upset. I told the lobby attendant and he said they were checking in plumbing but how can they just open someone s door if the room is occupied.?? Not cool, not nice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The checking in and out super fast! The room we reserved were exactly as described on their website. No surprises there! The breakfast was very satisfying and there was plenty. I like it that they serve you the eggs/sausage! That way there is less waste of food! The breakfast staff were also friendly and helpful! Definitely staying here again!

Convenient to Disneyland and eateries, shopping. Good if you are out all day. Breakfast free however menu sugar loaded, unhealthy options. Kitchen staff very friendly and helpful. Reception staff capable not overly friendly. Good hotel if you just need place to sleep and are out all day we didn’t love it.

Hotel is not well located, but kept clean and staff nice. There is a lot of outside traffic noise even in the back rooms. Walls are thin and upstairs noise very loud. Price wise it is value for money. Breakfast modest but ample, to make a good start to the day.

Good property. Only got housekeeping one day out of five although it’s supposed to be every other day. Staffing shortages or something was the stated reason. Just be sure to ration your towels in case you don’t get housekeeping.

Staff was lovely and breakfast was above our expectations. Rooms were barebones, which was fine for us since we were just using it as a place to sleep (spent all day in the amusement parks). Everything was pretty clean, with the lone exception of finding someone else's hair woven into one of our towels.

Not ADA compliant I checked in after 3pm and the receptionist asked me if the second floor would be okay. I replied no because I have an electric wheelchair that needs to get charged while I sleep to be ready the next day. She replies well that’s all we have is rooms on the second floor. I’m like why did you ask me if the second floor was okay then? She replied I don’t know. Then she said my room was all the way in the corner of the second floor and that I should park closer. I asked her do you have handicap parking there and she replied I don’t know. Then I said okay where is the elevator and then she we don’t have one and I am like my left knee is disabled from the 1993 Somalia combat conflict that has made me a disabled while in the Marine Corps but she was not making any effort to assist me in finding a room down stairs. I chatted with Hotels.com and they said that they could not help me and I told them to put in their hotel description that there is no elevators or if there is any elevators. I was there for 3 nights and every day I came down to the office to see if there was a room in the first floor and they kept saying no. I find that very hard to believe but I guess this is the way they are to disabled veterans and disabled civilians. I was there for D23 convention and paid close to $600 for an old hotel that is very outdated and with no elevators.

Our family of 4 stayed in one of the family suites. When we arrived my husband checked us in. He came back with his $12 parking pass and we headed to our room. As soon as we opened the door there was a big black spider running across the floor. No biggie, I stepped on it and went to use the restroom. Walk into the restroom and there was wadded up bits of toilet paper all over the floor. A nice black shoe print on the top of the toilet, and a long black hair on the shower towels. I’m immediately regretting my choice while catching flack from the family for choosing this place. There was one A/C unit for the two room family suite. That was a major let down after walking around Disneyland all day. Anyone staying in the room without the A/C was hot. They have what looked like a fan on the wall to circulate the air, but that wasn’t cutting it. There was no in room safe which their website states they have. The reservoir of our coffee maker was brown, so we didn’t even touch it. Just for fun I had to look under the bed. I found more paper all over the floor. On our second day my husband said he needed to go pay for parking. He came back pretty quick and said he was told it was included in our booking. Why we were charged the day before is beyond me. Everyone’s back hurt from the beds, including the kids. On our 3rd day at Disneyland, we packed all our stuff before going to the park. Checked out a day early and drove the 8 hours home after Disneyland, it was that miserable.
