We accidentally went to the wrong hotel starts with an h and is roght next to it and oh my god what a dump thst is with horrible parking. So glad we had to go to GN We got upgraded to a suite and it was wonderful here the bad part 1 am and i was hungry andcwent to the brasserie? It was aweful! But the gentleman serving was top notch!

The AC in the room was noisy and the room never got down to the desired temperature. I called down to the front desk and nobody ever called me back. All the elevators shut down on saturday and we had to walk 11 floors to our room. We have stayed before and enjoyed ourselves but this trip was very disappointing.

All the staff were very attentive, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke but they changed it as soon as I asked. Room service only came if I asked. Very noisy, I was woken up several times. Very noisy bathroom, shower and toilet. Very nice pool area. The casino does not have poker, if that is what you are looking for. Overall, 4 stars for the staff and 1 for cleanliness and structure.

The bathroom was very unsafe. Floor extremely slippery and shower door was dangerous. Had to get into tub to get past door to turn on water. And tub had nothing to prevent slips and falls. Very noisy and cane in at 10:30 and no where to get food.

There’s a very charming retro feel to the lobby and casino areas. All the staff were very friendly. The pools were great. There’s a very shallow pool with sun loungers in it, a regular pool, and 4 hot tubs, and the pools are all adults-only after 2pm. The room was nice and clean. They also had a little convenience store downstairs that sold everything we forgot to bring, even contact solution, and they didn’t price gouge like some places do. It’s not on the boardwalk, but there’s a $3 jitney that comes by the hotel frequently that stops at every hotel, and will take you to the boardwalk or any other casino you need to get to in about 10-15 minutes. They won’t let you in the casino areas with a suitcase (citing new carpet) but offer to keep it behind the desk for you. I would definitely stay here again.
