Entertainment was great (Tower of Power). Our room was attractive and very comfortable. Could have been a little quieter but was not a problem. Enjoyed going out to the hot tubs. They were great even in the cold. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. Would definitely go again

We only stayed there because the concert we went to was in the hotel. Everything needs a facelift/ renovation. Carpeting is old and faded. I haven't used a toilet that low in probably 30 years. No hand held in the shower. Towels were effective but as rough as sabdpaoer. Paper cups only in the room. Honestly, it felt like a cheap roadside motel, not an expensive casino room. The Chart House restaurant was quite expensive $185 for two with no drinks or dessert) but the food was average.

The Golden Nugget did not disappoint! Check in was a breeze, no wait, friendly staff! However we paid for parking our guest night because we did not receive directions. But it was corrected right away! I will most certainly be back!

Terrible. The hotel is retro1970. The total facility include ing my room stunk of cigarette smoke! The bathroom tiny, including the sink and counter! Additional $ fee upon our early arrival. Additional $ fee to checkout at 12! The lobby and hallways cold! The Rush Bar would not have me charge drinks to my room! Just totally not to my liking and out of style old and run down! Just uncomfortable stay all around! Fee $ to park !!!
