Comfy, clean and super convenient for the NEC. Beware that parking is extra - I may have missed that in their info, but the extra £15 was a bit of a surprise. Buffet brekkie is good.

A few tweaks required
Hotel clean, staff friendly and helpful, room was large enough. Bed was hard not enough pillows so had to ask for more, quilt was very thin, (more summer quilt than suitable for time of year) and was smaller than the bed, so not suitable for two people comfortably. But all in all an ok stay and would stay again if going to NEC as perfect walking distance and ok for 1 noght atay

The young gentlemen at check-in was very professional. He made the whole arrival process trouble free. The staff in the bar/restaurant were also very polite and helpful. The late night team on the return from our event were also very friendly. We’ll be returning!

Weekend break away to go to the motor bike show at the NEC, great location and a great price. Only downside was no restaurant menu in rooms so didn’t bother eating there as didn’t want to go down to find I didn’t like the options settled for a meal at the NEC

Fantastic value
We arrived and waited quite a while at reception for issues to be sorted with key cards not working and confusion over customers breakfasts before we were finally seen. I'm not sure what the point of checking in online beforehand was because my details had to be taken again. Three of us ladies stayed in a room together and we were impressed with the size of our room. So much space and surprised to have two proper double beds rather than one being a double sofa bed. Hairdryer in the room, excellent. Only downfall of the room for me was how chilly the room was and how long it took to heat up. Nice and quiet stay. Clean room. Beds nice. Very roomy shower with soaps provided. Although must say the smell of the bodywash wasnt great. That's just my preference. Checkout easy, just pop keycards in the box.

Helpful friendly staff. Great breakfast, big thanks to Narinder for cooking perference on request. Sofa bed wasnt so comfy and could do with bottles of water in the room. Good location, 5 mins walk to the NEC and trains station. Would recommend and stay again.
