Helpful staff...room needs redecorating!!
Great check-in. Room 189 a little dated, needed a overhaul, wooden furniture worn and marks, very hot room, radiator wasnt on, fan provided though and able to open window, albeit,next to a motorway so quite busy and noisy a.m. Paint work chipped, tiles missing in bathroom and old mould around bath and floor, hence, overhaul required. Bed lovely and clean and comfy. Staff were so helpful and TV remote was broken and a knew one was bought to the room within 5 mins. Also, my shoe broke and they fojnd some superglue and bought it to.my room....Thank-you so much!!

Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly & the rooms clean. In need of a refurb in places but would definitely stay again. 5 mins from BP pulse arena which was ideal . Also free parking. Had breakfast which was really good

Great hotel for the price, clean, comfortable, free parking and use of the spa .Great location, 10 mins walk to the train station to get into the centre, about £3 each way. Perfect location for BP Pulse, about 5 mins walk

This hotel is well located for the NEC or BP Pulse Arena, just a 5/10 minute walk along a well-marked path. The rooms are clean and staff pleasant. Unfortunately, our room was located directly above a noisy Christmas event, with banging music until half-past midnight, so worth checking before you accept the room. We complained, and the manager was understanding, giving us free breakfast as compensation. So although I marked the hotel down a star, I would be happy to return.
