This is the third time I have stayed at the Arden and this was my favourite. It’s a lovely friendly hotel and I made use of the spa facilities this time round. Clean and cosy room. Very accommodating at reception throughout. The service in the restaurant for dinner was excellent and our waitress was very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful too. I had a double room but was very comfortable and had everything I needed. It’s only 5 mins drive from Birmingham International station and always close to the venues I need to attend to for work. Will definitely be returning when I’m next in the area. One of the most cost effective hotels in the area , whilst still delivery great quality service.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. The rooms are a good size and have everything you need. Dining is good and varied. Bar is very reasonably priced and the staff are friendly and efficient. Will definitely stay again

The hotel is not as nice as advertised, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, food choices in the bar were not very good, especially for gluten free, staff kept room clean and all staff were very polite and friendly, beds would need to be more comfortable for me to stay again.

A inebriated guest from another room accessed my room in the middle of the night My company raised a complaint on my behalf as this was a work trip and a refund is being processed which is appreciated however the experience was still very disconcerting and resulting in minimal sleep the night before a full day of meetings
