Sad, smelly and depressing.
Very sad, cramped, smelly little room, with a depressing view out the window of a grotty wall and grottier windows. They tried to charge me to park in their car park when I could park for free on the street, so I did that. Also, there is a terrible smell about the entire place.

What a great, themed hotel!
What a great themed hotel! Each room is themed to a celebrity, which follows throughout the hotel. Theres a great bar, with a pool table and comfy sofas to sit on. The hotel was exceptionally clean, although our room was rather dated decor wise. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great, good choice amd very tasty. It might be wise to take some milk with you though, as you only get 4 tiny milk sachets in your room, between 2 people. So only enough for one cup of tea each, despite them providing enough tea and coffee for 4 cups each. That was our only issue. We did ask for some more but only got given 1 milk sachet each. But, for the price, the hotel is an excellent choice. Very quirky, in an ideal location for the shops, beach and nightlife. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a mixed bag. The bed could be more comfortable, you can feel springs but the pillows were good. Shower was awful. Just attached to taps of the bath not a real power shower so pressure was poor/non-existent. Rooms are old and tired. Carpet up the stairs was dirty. Ran out of toilet paper in the morning of our 1st night stay, but luckily the house keeper knocked at 9 and gave us more. It is cheap and you get what you pay for. I would stay there again if i was on a budget but for a tenner more per night i could have stayed at the premier inn....i wish i had this time

All the staff were friendly, and went out of their way to be welcoming and to make one feel at home. Nothing wasxtoo much trouble for them. Extra fun with the film- themed statues and rooms. Lovely to be able to regulate room tempersture easily.
