Pool is under construction and not operational. They do not advertise this. However, we had a pleasant stay other than our kids being disappointed. Lady at front desk said it is on the website but it is not.

We booked this particular hotel for the pool/spa they advertised. We even called ahead to check on the facilities and mentioned we were looking forward to enjoying that space. Well...they never mentioned that the space is being renovated and therefore currently doesn't exist. So no pool, no hot tub and no outdoor space to sit. In addition, the beds are so hard, I wasn't sure if we were sleeping on the bed or the floor. The pillows were also very thin and uncomfortable. The rooms were clean and nice, the staff was nice and the breakfast was good. Just wish our group had been informed of the lack of pool, etc. since we made it clear that's why we picked it. And get some real mattresses and pillows. Worst sleep of my life.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again! Our flight was early and they allowed us to check in before noon. The hotel and room was clean and the decor was nice. The pool was closed even though we weren't going to use it, but the reno looks like it will be nice once complete. They had a happy hour and the lady bartender was great( her name started with an M)! The room was spacious and the bathroom was big and looks like it was redone. The location was perfect to walk to shopping and plenty of restaurants and clubs. Its even close to the metromover, which is free!

We were in town for a cruise, hotel is near Port Miami which is convenient. Check in was smooth and clerk actually convinced me to join rewards program. She actually upgraded us to the Elite floor which had Nepresso machine.

The property was better than expected. It was beautiful, the customer service was great and the hotel is very clean. There are restaurants right next door and more restaurants and a 7-11 in walkable distance. We were also only about 5 miles from the cruise port, so the Uber was cheap.
