This trip was a surprise birthday gift for my wife, it really was the best investment I have ever made, from the first moment you arrive at the hotel they make you feel VIP, the check-in desk staff was super friendly, cordial and very professional, there really aren't enough adjectives to describe each and every one of the staff that we interacted with during the 3 days that we were on vacation, excellent location, just 20 minutes from the Cancun airport, the cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities were excellent, the food, whether it was at the buffets, room service or in the restaurants, all were excellent, we will definitely be back but this time with the whole family so they can enjoy this wonderful experience.

I loved it! Family friendly, and away from the hustle and bustle-I was traveling with my husband and 1 year old. We chose this because we planned to stay on the resort- this was a 4 night getaway to reset before the holidays. Great food/ restaurants and everyone was nice. The adult and kids pool were perfect my daughter had SO much fun. I enjoyed the wristband key card, and have been raving about it-so smart and convenient. The style and design is modern and sleek, very classy yet the price is attainable. We were happy to celebrate our 1st year of parenting here-and would definitely come back!

Stayed here for our wedding & my birthday. The property itself is beautiful, the views are great, and the amenities are great. If balcony doors are left open, floors in the room can be really slippery and unsafe- especially for elderly or kids. Kitchen staff was amazing and kind. Valet manager was rude and tried to make it seem as if we were trying to steal a rental car bc we didnā€™t have a paper with our parking ticket bc housekeeping threw it out, we provided a photo of the parking ticket instead. Being a resort, itā€™s difficult to keep papers around at all times, itā€™s very inconvenient. They use a wrist band to access rooms instead of a physical key card, for the exact reason that itā€™s more convenient so Iā€™m not sure why parking would be any different. On our last day, the power and water was out for a short time without warning. They do not have a shuttle from the hotel to the airport 15 mins away, taxi service is around $120 from airport to resort. We also booked a private dinner through their concierge which was $250 it included 2 steak dinners, apps, & 1 large, shareable lobster tail - in a private dining space in their Italian restaurant. We originally booked the romantic beachside dinner with a nice light setup button

This is a beautiful, isolated, new property that was built only 3 years ago. It is family friendly with a kid's pool with slides, Kids Club and activities, and a few yards from the warm beach. The service and quality of meals was excellent especially at Maxal and Sunan. The variety of dining options and flexibility for 24-7 room service was incredible. The gym was nice and modern and clean with extensive equipment. There are two nice infinity pools also overlooking the ocean. Bars and drinks are everywhere and they will bring your drinks poolside. Churros and ice cream are available and a big hit with the kids. We loved our week there with 4 children, ages 9mo to 5 years old! We had adult time also after they went to sleep and enjoyed the reserved dinners and bustling lobby bar area!

5 stars hotel . The property is good and newer ,staff are good and service is good . Food is excellent . Upgrading to ocean front cost me $60 USD a night which was a pain . Usually when I go to all inclusive if there is available room they upgrade for fee . Late check policy is $50 per hour. It was safe in the hotel But the only thing we were worth was the area outside the hotel towards the city we could not walk because it is lagoons and alligators and other animals living there . You can walk on the beach for a km only . Overall we had a good experience just the location of the hotel no so great .

Very good all inclusive option in Cancun. Very strange experience when the hotel did not have tekila and mezcal anywhere. In Mexico is hard to believe that. It was one night.

We had a wonderful time at Hilton . The staff ate amazing . Roberto is top manager ! Christianā€™s and Vianey are a wonderful concierges ! You guys should give them a better positions.

Overall the property was beautiful with a nice beach front and pool, seemed very short staff and felt impossible to get any type of service with out being rude. Food was very subpar and disappointing I would avoid the buffet at all costs. They have multiple restaurants some need reservations and some donā€™t. Sadly for our experience even some of the ā€œno reservation restaurantsā€ told us they were booked and did not have enough food for us which was very frustrating. You get what you pay for and this was a cheaper vacation so not too upset about it.
